These scallops always smell too fishy and when you saute them they shrink to just about half their size.

These are fresh frozen DRY SCALLOPS. They are not injected with water. The size you start with is the size you finish with. Outstanding.

Made this (2 bags) with Alfredo sauce in a pasta dish with shrimp (2#). YUMMY! My whole family loved it! Enough for 10 people and then some.

Since it's impossible lately where I am to get FRESH never frozen scallops. I was pleasantly surprised how good these are. I only will buy WILD Caught USA scallops. Noticed that the price has now gone up by about $5.00 in the last month
