The one thing I do not like about this coffee maker, is that when using grounds you can’t use a paper filter. It is messy, I like my old ninja that used grounds better,

I assembled the pot seemed like great features. However did not have the 4 oz button for the espresso. The booklet says not on all models. Should denote that on the features on the outside of box and your advertisement. Bad product.

Machine stopped working after 2 months. We have cleaned it multiple times with descaling cleaner as well as vinegar & it will still not make coffee. Keeps trying to suck in water to brew but it won’t allow it to pass through and makes noise

It was the best coffee maker, but that was short lived... we didn't even have it for 2 months until one day it just stopped working, nothing was coming out it was just making a weird noise. Very disappointed!

I've had this coffee pot for a year and a half and now when we go to make coffee the pods or grounds the machine acts like its going to brew our coffee and never does with multiple attempts. We have cleaned the machine and still have the same issue
