The product is simple and easy to use (which is exactly what I wanted). The size is perfect seeing as I am only cooking for 2 people. The removable plates make clean up super easy too. I would recommend this product to anybody seeking a simple indoor grill.

I does best with a dry bread (buttered bread is not recommended), my teens are making way more yummy sandwiches and experimenting with new ingredients, they are asking for things like spinach, artichokes, different cheeses, roasted peppers and other ingredients that they have enjoyed at restaurants, but now making themselves at home! So thankful for this product.

This product is fantastic. We bought it a week ago and have been using it religiously! It’s easy to clean as it’s pretty non stick. The draining system works very well and is great for cooking bacon and other more oily foods. Overall a fantastic product, I am very happy with it.

Very happy with this purchase. Bought as a pair to match the Air Fryer Convection Oven. They match and look well together on the countertop. We are using it every day for toasting bread and grilling sandwiches. Easy to clean plates that are detachable by a simple push of a button.

Bought this last night after my Hamilton Beach one broke after five paninis.Works great.I can make two Monte Cristo sandwiches at a time,using normal sized sandwich slices. Just don't use this and something like a microwave at the same time because you'll trip your breaker. It also comes with a decent quality sprayer for oils (olive oil,etc...).

I was gifted this for Christmas -- and it has been amazing! My 2 and 4 year old LOVE grilled cheese sandwiches, as well as my husband and I! This little machine helps me make sandwiches very quickly after hockey practices! I love the non stick surfaces, and how the plates are removable to be cleaned! Cannot wait to try making more things with the grill!

I'm a first time buyer, and I was at first skeptical about buying an electric grill, but after reading all the reviews online and on different websites, I decided to go ahead and purchase one. As soon as I took it out of the box, I knew I made a good decision buying one. Its of good quality and is also excellent for healthy cooking, with the 2 drip-cups to collected excess fat and liquid. The best part for me was the removable grills, the ease to clean the grill plates, being able to open it 180-degrees so it sits flat and you can use both grill plates at once, as if you are BBQ'ing, has 6 adjustable temperature control, and the Stainless steel cover makes it easy to clean and also looks nice. Its an excellent quality product.

So far, I’ve grilled vegetables on it and made several conventional sandwiches using bread and yesterday tried one wrap, it was excellent. What I love about using it is, no oil or fat on the grill is necessary. It’s stick free surface stays clean even the melted cheese come right off.

I bought this last night after doing some research and reading many reviews and I just finished making Grilled Cheese. The cheese oozed out...and wow! When I took them off the grill, everything came off the grill plates! The cheese came off with the sandwiches! No stuck on gooey mess! The cheese just lifted right off! I was so surprised...that is super impressive no stick! The unit is smaller than I expected, but I bought it because of the removable grill plates and that it opens up 180* for open grilling. It comes with a grooved spatula for cleaning, but I honestly doubt I’ll need it. Before I used it I took the grill plates off and put them in the dishwasher. Easy to remove and put back on. I noticed in one review, there was a complaint about not being able to see the arrow on the dial...no biggie, just put a dab of white nail polish on the arrow and problem solved. So far, I’m super impressed with this grill. Tomorrow I’ll probably try hamburgers. Definitely worth the money and you’ll save money by not going through Timmies Drive thru for panini sandwiches.
