When first bought this was great. Now they are nothing but fat. Sam’s should not be selling this. Have tried the last 4 times and will not buy again.

Good tasting meat, but be prepared to throw away about 50% of the package after you trim all the excess fat.

Great value. Hubby is a bbq and smoke master. We will soon see how the meat compares with other vendors
