I cut this brisket in half, cooked it in oven in a foil wrap for 6 hours and was perfect. For under 2 dollars a pound you can not go wrong.

I know it’s good to have some fat with your beef. But I bought 15 pounds one, the useless fat I trimmed off is 3 pounds! That’s $12 worth of fat! I know you need some fat, but not that much! What a ripoff!

Bought 3 through curb pick up. All were grossly fatty unlike any brisket we have ever had. Full of excessive waste amount of thick hard fat! Will not buy again & huge waste of money.

Not only was this not a prime brisket, it was barely brisket at all. A 13lb brisket was less than 7 after "trimming". The amount of hard external fat was horrendous and there was little to no intramuscular fat. Trash product

Bought many briskets that turn out fabulous. This time looking forward to brisket, sandwiches, brisket for Valentines. Brisket tasted like liver!!! What a disappointment , Refund please..

Everything was great until I trusted these fools to pull my briskets they averaged 40 percent waste, the ones I picked the previous time were less than 20 percent waste. I learned a very. Very costly lesson.

Not prime, says choice right on pkg. Price per pound after trim, $8.50 lb. Buy a flat cut that doesn't lie about being prime! Last I heard false advertising was illegal!!

Out of the 16.5lbs of meat I purchased, almost 7 lbs was fat!!! Super disappointed with this curbside pick up order, I will not buy this again in the future (unless I see it in person) =(

Loved being able to get a prime beef brisket. However it should have been trimmed better. Way too much fat. So much that the yield was far less than expected. I'm sure when I make it it'll be delicious tho.

The shape of the cut made it difficult to cook consistently...was thin on one side and thick on the other, disappointed in the marbling, low fat content
