Brisket turned out unbelievably good

Decent cut, a little thick fat, needed lots of trimming

Only first cut is worthwhile; the rest has too much waste.

15 lb brisket with 10 lbs of fat! $65 for 5 usable, edible pounds of brisket. Won't happen again.

I lost half or perhaps more than half of the weight when I trimmed the fat.

Only gave it three stars because it had a big cut in the point.

Choice brisket. Was very good. We served at our wedding, will purchase again

15 pound brisket prime OK, 50% solid fat. Ended up with 4 lbs. of meat

Way too much fat on these.should have received some refund back.

The pack I received has at least 50% fat. I am so disappointed with the quality. Won’t buy again. Just waste of money.
