It's not bad. I know you don't cut them at the store but I noticed the cuts have some defects while they are being processed

Not enough to choose from. Only three briskets on the shelf and two were mostly fat. I needed two briskets that day but only purchased one from Sam’s

We will definitely buy our brisket from here if it is available. Very little fat was trimmed off. We were very pleased with the product. All of our friends talked about how good the brisket was when we smoked it.

We were disappointed. after trimming over half of the meat was fat. The amount left over to smoke was so small it was horrible. Will not be buying this product again.

One of the best briskets I have cooked recently. You can actually see the difference in the quality of the meet with better fat distribution (marbling). So good I bought a second and have it on the smoker now.

Meet is absolutely delicious for broiling, crock-pot, smoker. The people who are giving this meat bad reviews clearly do not know how to cook a brisket.

I shop around a lot of places, and you cannot beat Sam's Club low price per pound on prime grade whole brisket. Prime grade brisket is always amazing...so glad you keep it in stock.
