I purchased a condo and it had a VIGO pull-down faucet in the kitchen. The sprayer didn't function properly and I contacted VIGO to purchase a replacement sprayer. They sent me a new sprayer for free! It was quick and they were easy to deal with. I love Vigo!

Had this installed 2 weeks already had complements on it. Install was a pain for my deep farm sink I had no space to tighten the sink with normal tools so be aware of that......besides that I love the look and function my only thing would be a little more pull cord for the sprayer.

I have never been more delighted and happy as I am with my new Vigo Edison pull down kitchen faucet. Starting with the packaging it came in (totally befitting the fine piece of engineering it is) to the smooth feel of the on/off mixing value, the rock solid feel once installed, and finally, the absolute ease of use when using the pull down feature; everything about this faucet is functionally fabulous!!! I purchased the Vigo Edison pull-down faucet in a matte black finish of the Canadian Home Depot website. I did not realize it at the time that the faucet did not come with a deck plate. When I received the faucet, which was beautiful and the exact height I wanted, I realized my error. I started off by phoning Home Depot. They had the matching deck plate available on their American website, but not the Canadian website. The Canadian website had deck plates made by Vigo, but only in other finishes. Home Depot asked me to call Vigo to get them to send me the deck plate. I then phoned Vigo and they explained that they could not help me because they were not a wholesaler. They encouraged me to phone Home Depot again and see if they could ship it between stores. So I then called back Home Depot. This began a week long process of calling Home Depot and them saying they couldn't help me and then giving me a solution through Vigo, who then said they couldn't do that so they recommended a solution through Home Depot, who then said they could not help me either. I was just about to give up hope and send the faucet back when I thought I would give Vigo one last shot. I was so lucky to speak with David Henderson that day. He went above and beyond to find a solution. He placed me on hold after I recounted all my frustrations and asked for a moment while he worked out a solution. I was a little cynical by this point, but I crossed my fingers and hoped that David could figure something out. It took him almost ten minutes, but when he came back on the phone he told me that he had found a solution. I was so relieved and happy, until our phones disconnected. I almost cried. After all that time, how was I going to get back through to David? Would anyone else help me? Was I going to have to repeat the whole story again? I was shocked when my phone rang. David actually called me back! He then explained the details of how I could get the deck plate and assured me that I would have it in my hands in a week. I was shocked when I received it three days later. I am grateful that David helped me that day. I am thankful that he worked for a company that figured out a way to problem solve in a way that did not require me to return a product that I loved! I am hopeful that they have found a way to make those deckplates available on the Home Depot Canada website or find a way to include them with the faucet. Thank you very much for all your help!

My well out of warranty spray nozzle got stuck in shower mode, I'm sure because I live in a place known for very hard water (San Diego). I emailed tech support late in the afternoon, they responded first thing in the morning. They provided a number to call to get a replacement head, the phone was answered within 30 seconds at the longest. They processed an order for a new head in less than 5 minutes, the cost was only 25 dollars. This works for me! My only suggestion is: Please put your logo or brand more prominently on the product. It took my a while to figure out who to contact. I found my brand by Googling similar faucets and wading through 100s of photos. One thing I did learn, people that buy other brands way overpay. Up to 5x what mine cost!

This sink is so big, we bout it for our home renovation and love it! We have only been using it for a few weeks so our rating may change over time but as of now this suits our needs perfectly and goes great with our industrial style/design. The grid is an excellent addition we are excited about.

This is a gorgeous and sturdy unit. Installation was simple once I got my 1 3/8th" inch hole bored out. Water flow and mixture is superb. No drips or any other surprises. Came expertly packed and with color coded stainless steel braided supply lines!!!! Awesome!!! Love the stream and shower switch. SWEET! Reason behind 4 rather than five stars... the pull on the extension is a bit notchy and the stick on the valve opener needs thread compound or something to stop it from screwing out every now and then.

I just received it but have not had it installed yet. It was packaged very well. The warranty is a plus. I chose this faucet, in addition to the look after reading the reviews about customer service. The only thing I didn't like was that I thought it came with the deck plate but it doesn't. Going from three holes to one requires it, so that will delay installation.

I love the way this faucet looks in our kitchen we just remodel. We did an under mount sink and it sits just right in the granite and blends in well with the other stainless steel appliances we have in the kitchen. The pipes on the inside are copper which my plumber said is great. He said overall it is a good faucet. Great quality.

I just installed my new kitchen faucet and the faucet looks and works great. However, when I saw that you included a roll of Teflon tape in the box I was amazed. It’s the first time I’ve ever seen that. It’s almost like someone in your company has actually installed a faucet. It seriously saved me at least half an hour of hunting for any of the many rolls of Teflon tape that hide in my garage. It’s a small thing but I wanted you to know it was appreciated. I had never heard of your company before but I’m a big fan now.
