I had bought a stainless steel sink and a pull out faucet, that I grew to detest.. I looked on line for a faucet, that met everything that I wanted, and found a site that featured the Vigo-Edison Pull-Down kitchen faucet. I reviewed all the features it offered and I decided to purchase the faucet on line. I had the faucet installed and even the plumber thought it was such a great faucet, that he wants to purchase one, also! I installed the faucet with the water handle in front and explain why in the caption to my picture. Tell anyone, who wants to know, that I am a satisfied customer and that I am enjoying my Vigo faucet.

I selected this not having seen any reviews. I just so happen to pull this page up to see these reviews as my plumber was finishing my install. Points I'd like to make based on other reviews: 1) I read to him that a few people "said their faucet got a crack." He immediately pulled the hand spray down and said here is where it cracks! He explained a plumber can easily put this on too tight (pointing to the head of the hand spray) if they do not know what they are doing. Tip: Hire a good one! 2) I see the faucet end light up very well! I know some people have very brightly lit homes. I'm a designer so I have light levels and see it no problem - just as bright as shown in the pic. I love it! Plus I can order a part if it goes at some point. 3) The fact that is sprays more than typical. I equate it to my husband going from his Honda to drive my Audi. He puts his foot on the pedal and the turbo + sensitive pedal shoots him forward. It's been a week and I'm already acclimated to using the spray to not spray all over. Why I love it! * It's beautiful! * Love the large scale! * Love the brilliant way the water lights up on the end as the pressure is increased. * I live at the Sea Ranch in CA and my plumber installs faucets "from all over the world" and he said it is "very well made." * Hand spray is totally hidden - way cool! * Overall if you love design and appreciate beautiful details this faucet is exceptional in my book. A happy customer indeed!

Bought this 8 months ago and we did have a problem with the sprayer after six months but, I was sent a new sprayer within a few days and the new sprayer is much better.....better flow and feels like the sprayer button internal mechanism is better also. Very pleased with the faucet and even better with the warranty service.

I just bought and installed this faucet so I cannot speak to longevity. That aside this is a rock solid product - all pieces needed for install are shipped with the product. Heavy stainless steel with an expensive look and feel. This looks to be a terrific value. Highly recommended.

We moved into a new condo with this faucet installed in the kitchen. Shortly after moving in, the water pressure coming out of the sprayer became weaker and weaker. I finally contacted Vigo, and within days they sent a replacement sprayer which fixed the problem, so A+ for customer service! Hopefully the first faulty sprayer was just a fluke!

Decided to upgrade with a zero radius sink and a high neck pull down faucet. Found the Vigo to be a perfect match to our new sink due to tall pots used for cooking. However I am very dissapointed to find out the sprayer button, less than a year after installation, has stopped switching from spray to stream. Unable to upload video taken.

I wanted a faucet like this but after getting a feel for this style I was a little leery as the ones I had handled in various stores didn't feel just right. But this faucet was so pretty that I took a chance. I could not have picked something that tied together my new black leathered countertops and undermount stainless sink. Some of the others faucets were reversed colored. I really like the black cord with the stainless coil. This is my first single handled sink and once again I am very pleased with the ease of using it. It can be done with a single pinky finger, almost as good as hands free. We did have a bit of a problem with the instillation. The supply lines were too short, four inches short. We checked every option we could think of and apparently 3/8 and 3/8 ends are not standard. Nor could we find an adapter to go to 1/2" on one end. My husband ended up going under the house and pushing up the water pipes. Thankfully there was enough play in them to do that. That probably should lower my rating, but it's just so beautiful and I am thrilled with this faucet.

Bought this to match our new sink. The faucet appears to be made with quality parts and should stand up to daily use. I’ve owned this for 2 months and have not been disappointed. The soap dispenser is a nice addition and helps keep the counter clear.

I purchased this a month ago. I am quite pleased. I bought the black finish to compliment the black in my kitchen granite counter top. Although you say their will be no mineral build up, I am concerned about the possibility and would like to know if you have a tool to allow me to open it and clean, just in case.

Well this weekend the button on the sprayer got stuck and I took it apart but could not get it to work anymore. So it is the day after Labor Day and I called VIGO about buying another spray head. The customer service representative was very nice and cordial and offered to send me a new spray head free of charge. I really like the product and was willing to pay for the spray head but I got a nice surprise on the day after Labor Day. I think their product is top quality and their customer service is also top quality. I have purchased my niece this very same faucet for her kitchen and I will keep recommending VIGO products to whomever is looking for these type of products. I like everything about this company. They back their products and they always work great. Thanks Again
