My $600 Grohe faucet that I had bought less than a year ago broke! Replaced with this much more reasonably priced Vigo faucet. Great design, thanx for leaving a lot of the mechanics for user adjustment rather than encasing it where the user can’t access (like Grohe did); this allowed me to adjust water pressure, etc. I’m thrilled it works so well and looks so great in our modern home.

I bought this for my art studio but it had to perform and look good because the clean up area also acts as a kitchen for groups when I teach classes. I’m thrilled with how it looks and how it works. The spray is brilliant. I can stop start it to wash in control.

It's only been installed a few days, so I don't yet have long-term experience with it. The faucet seems solid and well-built. One curious thing is that it has less water flow — feels like less water pressure — than the faucet it replaced. Overall very nice, though.

I bought this to replace my old kitchen faucet that was just “spitting out” water. The plumber that installed it said it was industrial strength. Much power and versatility. Expect it will last a long time. Glad I purchased it and it was well worth the price.

The stainless faucet looks really nice on my kitchen sink. Operates smoothly. Had one issue with the faucet head spray button after using it for a year. Contacted customer service and got response timely. They shipped new a new faucet head for free, which is even an upgrade from the original one. Very satisfied with both the product and the service

Bought this a few weeks ago. I installed with my wife supervising. OMG she always does that and has lots to say, lol. It looks great, works great, much better than our old one. The spray button works smooth and easy and the wife has used the spray more in the last two weeks than the previous one in ten year. It keeps the spray well confined and pretty much straight vertical whereas I previous one was spread out like a fan and splashed like crazy. She hated it when I used it but with this one I don't get "the look" from her when I use it. One negative, the nut on the underside is very big and there is not much room under the sink fro a wrench to tighten it. I had to use channel locks and I'm still not feeling confident that it is tight enough. The previous one had adjustment screws. Generally very pleased.

Installed a couple weeks ago and love the look and function of it. Even the box it comes in is fancy. Only thing that could be improved would be ease of getting the nozzle back into the latch (it would be nice if it guided itself back into place instead of you having to do it) but really isn't an issue

I installed this faucet myself and have used it for about 3 weeks. So far the faucet seems to be very well made! It came with new water lines which surprised me. This faucet was a good value and the addition of the water lines made it an even better deal. Great so far!

This faucet is the best! It has less hosing under the sink so better for installation and making room for other stuff under the sink. Really great faucet, love using it, and would never pick a different kind. Trust me, get this one. Very smart looking also in the graphite black.

Had two family members recently purchase this faucet to finish off their kitchen renovations and we followed suit. They both had matte black, we bought the graphite. Both are equally attractive. The design and finish are beautiful and it really adds a lot of character to the kitchen. I couldn't recommend it more....but will add a few notes for prospective buyers. Considerations for future customers: -Pay attention to measurements of this faucet and imagine it in your sink. We have an irregular shaped cut in our granite (double basin 60/40 split stainless sink, with the smaller basin 2" shorter) and I feel that when the faucet hangs over the smaller basin the water flows much closer to back edge of the sink than I'd prefer. Anyway, not a knock on the facet at all.....just a reminder to measure against your sink first. We upgraded to this pull-DOWN faucet from a pull-OUT faucet and I never considered it. -The stabilizing mechanism for the pull-down hose is essentially a gate that the head needs to slide into when you're done using it. Having come from a pull-out faucet, it's definitely a bit more work in that you have to consciously make the head fit in the gate as opposed to letting gravity and the faucet hose weight under the sink yank the thing right back into its natural resting place. I even noticed magnetic systems on some pull-down faucets when I was shopping, which is also kind of a brilliant mindless setup. Anyway, it's a minor nuissance that I'm willing to deal with because I love the aesthetics. -The install was simple enough, although I preferred many of the parts (under the counter) from the old, basic builder-grade unit (from a major manufacturer) that it was replacing. The old lock nut as part of the mounting kit was easier to manipulate in a tight space, the hoses running to the incoming hot/cold water lines were a little longer on the old unit (the Vigo hose running to my cold line was just barely long enough to connect without some modifications), and the previous unit utilized a quick-connect system to hook up the faucet hose whereas the Vigo had to be fitted and tightened manually. Not a major deal, but at the price point for this beautiful faucet it would have been nice to have been treated with these things. Hope this may help. To conclude, I'm extremely happy with the build quality, looks and wonderful operation of this faucet and would gladly recommend it to others.
