We purchased this faucet last month. So far, we've been very pleased with both the construction of the faucet and the look and feel. It feels incredibly solid and sturdy, but is definitely still sleek and stylish. It's modern, clean and the quality is remarkable. Being so new, it feels like the arm to pivot the faucet left or right needs a break-in period, so that it stays put where we want it to swing. We've also had to get used to the faucet being lower than our last faucet, but those aren't really complaints--just general observations. That being said, it's a fantastic faucet and we couldn't be happier.

I purchased my Vigo faucet in 2008. A few months ago a piece inside the sprayer must have broken because I was not able to switch from stream to spray. The nozzle also started dripping. After discovering that you cannot safely open and fix it nor find an original replacement I contacted Vigo customer support. I explained what was going on and asked if I could purchase a replacement sprayer (since the warranty had expired years ago I knew I wasn't eligible for a free one). The response I got from Vigo was that they sent out a new one free of charge!!!! I am thrilled and very impressed with their customer service. In this day and age it is difficult to find companies that go out of their way to ensure the customer is happy. Thank you Vigo

The features on this faucet are easy to use and install was a breeze. Step by step instructions easy to follow. We purchased the black to match the black double bowl sink and love the easy water control and the easy functions of the spiral pull down spray head!

I have had my Vigo faucet for 2 years now and am very happy with the product, just recently the mixer button(changes the flow from a spray to a stream) would no longer function (stuck in the spray position). I contacted customer service about the issue and very quick recieved a response! I was told I would be getting a new head unit for free!! Thank you Christian & Vigo for your awesome customer service!!

The quality is excellent. I was impressed as soon as I opened the box and saw it was shadowboxed in custom-cut foam packaging. Holding the faucet it has a nice heft and a solid feel. The button to transition from spray to stream works great. It was also a pleasantly surprised to find the hot and cold supply lines were include.

Purchased faucet for home we are building. Not able to say how it works yet. BUT the packaging is excellent and the finish is pretty. Every part was there, as opposed to the other faucet I've ordered. Also, the weight of this smaller faucet is greater than the more expensive faucet I bought. I'm looking forward to using this. I also found this faucet on a terrific sale on overstock.com.

I bought this set two months ago and could not be more pleased with my selection and purchase. I have received several positive comments about the sink. I enjoy using it and it adds great character to my kitchen. This sink and faucet are easy to install and maintain.

I purchased this faucet & deck plate and the soap dispenser to replace the existing Moen unit that was placed in My home when I built it about six years ago. The look is very contemporary and ultra modern ! It is beautiful ! The best part is that it works as well as it looks. All the parts were included as well as braided stainless steel supply lines ( the best You can buy) and the install was very straight forward as well as problem free ! I am really impressed with this faucet ! It has "the look" of a very high-end unit and I am very pleased with My purchase ! Some have suggested that I paid too much for a kitchen faucet..........................but You really DO GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR !!! In My mind, it was a bargain and I do not think I will ever have to replace it ( short of some type of unforeseen incident). I would highly suggest this faucet if You like the modern/contemporary look. Sweet !!! You will love it !

We have been looking to replace our old Hansgrohe faucet for a while now, and was excited to find this one. We opted for the stainless/matte black combo Edison faucet due to its looks, and we couldn’t be more happy with the design and finish. As a home repair professional, I have seen and installed many faucets in my day, and I can verify that this faucet is of very high quality; in both materials and finish. Installation was straightforward, and I appreciate the option of removing the flow restrictor, as we have water pressure issues at times. One of the nicest features is the ability to position the handle anywhere you choose. I will be recommending Vigo faucets to my clients who are looking for a “statement” faucet that is well built.

We bought this item right after Hurricane Michael in an effort to rebuild our kitchen. It has worked with no problems. When one of our kids broke the sprayer, it was about five minutes to order a new one, and it arrived three days after the phone call. The new sprayer has a different way to operate, which should make it much harder to break. Great product, and outstanding support from the technical team!!
