This faucet was to replace a similar style and price unit. My 15 years old unit had a leaked hose but the replacement part was unavailable due to its uncommon fitting size. In comparing the price, quality and operation with my old unit, Vigo is superior in all aspects. I would highly recommend this product.

i was disappointed to find that the nozzle is plastic rather than metal, but it didn't really bother me so much until i actually installed it and feel like the subpar quality of the nozzle has compromised its functionality. in other words, it's made the water pressure really weak.

I love, love, love, VIGO products. Have purchased many through the years renovating a couple of houses and a condo. So, have the shower panel, wall faucets and this kitchen sink faucet. It is lovely, the only thing I would do to improve it is to make the hose longer.

The faucet appears to be well made, but terrible instructions, doesn't even tell you how to remove the plastic handle cartridge when you need to replace it in the future. There is a set screw on the rear of the handle you need to remove to get the handle off, difficult to see and remove, and you will need to replace the cartridge someday. I sent an email to the manufacturer asking them where I could buy a cartridge now and how much. They replied that I should just call them and provided a number that nobody answers. The center hose fits so tight in the main body that it rubs against the hot and cold copper tubing which does not allow the hand held sprayer to move freely, even with a heavy weight to help pull the hose & nozzle back into its holder it doesn't retract all of the way. The main body needs to be larger, probably about a 1/2 in. in diameter. I bent the hot and cold tubing away from the main body 1/4" to 3/8" to give more space for the center hose to move freely. This helped a little but it still binds, and when it does the nozzle turns 90 to 180 degrees making it difficult to control the spray button with one hand when I have my hands full. The ARC of the spring loaded neck is not correct for all sinks, I would suggest that you have a very large sink bowl before you purchase this faucet. The price was was very good for the quality of workmanship, hardly any plastic anywhere This shipping was very fast for me, I received in 2 days and the packaging was very nice, I wish they had spent the money on better design and instructions. The instructions tell you that you must hire a plumber to install, maybe that is why the instructions are so bad. I have installed dozens of faucets over the years, but less experienced people will have some issues. It does look very nice installed

I bought this faucet to replace an older one that was getting loose and hard to shut off. I could have repaired it, but I was wanting a new faucet. Faucet was easy to install. Setting up the counterweight was the hardest part of the install. Took a few adjustments to get it set right and the faucet has been great since. Only complaint I have is the spray nozzle switch. I wished the switch's was reversed. I keep switching the spray off and back to the solid flow. A little annoying, but I'll make due.

Purchased one for our main sink and after install, decided to purchase one for the prep sink and another for the laundry room, great for washing my Maltese!!! Oh yes I forgot one more, put one of your faucets in the garage deep sink. The faucet for the Garage deep sink the neck where the water exits is too long, need a shorter one!!!! That's 4 faucets at one time. That must be a record!!

I’ve owned this faucet for a year and a half and it has worked great. About a month or two ago, it started leaking from the handle but we called Vigo and they gave us instructions on how to check it and we were able to fix it ourselves. They would have sent us a replacement part, if needed. The black button on the front is a bit cheap and we will probably need to get a replacement for that since it just recently stopped switching the water flow without us holding the button down the whole time.

This is a great faucet, my only issue is when on the flow setting some water drips out from the little holes that are for the spray setting. Also it would be nice if this was spotless stainless, water spot drive me crazy. Other than that, it works fantastic and I love the look.

Our Vigo kitchen faucet operates smoothly: the sprayer is manually changed from regular running water to a soft spray, the sprayer is easy to disconnect from it’s housing so that the user can spray along the lower sink to avoid water splashing onto counters, and the sprayer makes it easy to control filling a deep pot. The faucet is especially useful for arthritics and others with difficulty controlling hand movement.

The faucet looks excellect and was packed with such care. Installation was a little tricky as the hoses they provided were on the short side and there were no quick connects. We were working behind a deep sink and it was difficult getting a wrench in for the connections. Plumbers tape required on every fitting so that added time as well. I love the 360 movement as we were able to mount this with the control in the front rather than to the right and can still move the faucet back and forth full range.
