I purchased this faucet about two months ago because I saw it was on sale and I’m really enjoying the black fixture trend. I recently changed my bathroom fixtures to black and it was only natural to change the kitchen as well. I like the mix of colours black and the silver it gives good contrast without going to a full black faucet. I liked the included soap dispenser as I have the hole in my counter top and having a black dispenser was super nice. The faucet was way easier to install than the Kohler faucet I replaced. The head sits firmly in the mount which I was a bit concerned it may not hold well because it’s open but it pops in and out of the mount with ease. Overall I’m very pleased with the faucet and I got it on sale so the price point was perfect for me.

This faucet is wonderful after using an old one for years that tried to burn my hands. I know the water temperature now before I turn it on! I also love the two spray setting and the pull down is great with a double sink. This faucet compliments our new black sink perfectly!

This sink is amazing! Recently stained our cabinets and this sink gave our kitchen that extra level jump. The only reason I gave it four starts instead of five is because we installed it ourselves and it was NOT user friendly. The first sink we ordered a piece was missing and we had to order another whole sink. Definitely worth the money to pay someone to install it for you.

I purchased this to replace a Moen Show House because I wanted to take it to a new home. I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of this faucet! It was easy to install and works perfectly! Love the spray switch instead of the rubber button most of these faucets have. I found the rubber button breaks quickly. I feel this is a quality faucet.

The faucet appears to be well made, but terrible instructions, doesn't even tell you how to remove the plastic handle cartridge when you need to replace it in the future. There is a set screw on the rear of the handle you need to remove to get the handle off, difficult to see and remove, and you will need to replace the cartridge someday. I sent an email to the manufacturer asking them where I could buy a cartridge now and how much. They replied that I should just call them and provided a number that nobody answers. The center hose fits so tight in the main body that it rubs against the hot and cold copper tubing which does not allow the hand held sprayer to move freely, even with a heavy weight to help pull the hose & nozzle back into its holder it doesn't retract all of the way. The main body needs to be larger, probably about a 1/2 in. in diameter. I bent the hot and cold tubing away from the main body 1/4" to 3/8" to give more space for the center hose to move freely. This helped a little but it still binds, and when it does the nozzle turns 90 to 180 degrees making it difficult to control the spray button with one hand when I have my hands full. The ARC of the spring loaded neck is not correct for all sinks, I would suggest that you have a very large sink bowl before you purchase this faucet. The price was was very good for the quality of workmanship, hardly any plastic anywhere This shipping was very fast for me, I received in 2 days and the packaging was very nice, I wish they had spent the money on better design and instructions. The instructions tell you that you must hire a plumber to install, maybe that is why the instructions are so bad. I have installed dozens of faucets over the years, but less experienced people will have some issues. It does look very nice installed

Our new Vigo kitchen faucet was purchased as a replacement for a very highly rated competitors product. I have to say that there is absolutely NO comparison! Vigo is made with copper, not plastic and the construction of the faucet is hands down, spot on. You can tell just by the feel of their products that it’s superior quality to any other well known upscale manufacturers. The only thing I am disappointed with, and it’s my fault, that I didn’t purchase the matching soap dispenser. (But I will with my next order) This is my second Vigo product as I purchased a bathroom faucet for a vessel sink and it looks gorgeous. Thank you Vigo for your superior craftsmanship and I will be placing another order when my husband remodels our guest bathroom.

I'm in love! The design is sleek and sexy. The touch function works perfectly. I was disappointed with the built-in pressure restrictor on that sprayer head that reduces the water pressure. I prefer a really powerful water pressure, so I had to purchase a separate sprayer head. Just a personal preference. Otherwise, its perfect!

We have been using this for about a month now. Installation was relatively straightforward. The tap looks great. I wish we had removed the flow regulator as the flow is lower than our previous faucet, it will be harder to change it now that its installed.

Bought and installed this a couple months ago and it is very attractive and works well. Only cons are, like with any dark finish, the water spots show on it easily. Also, the pull- down cord/hose does not pull down/out as much as I would like. But it still easily reaches my entire sink.

Got this faucet for my new kitchen remodel. I was worried that it would be too tall and gawdy, but it's classy and perfect. Almost like a statement piece for your kitchen. The pull out sprayer works great and it actually goes back into place after you use it (unlike other pull out faucets I've had)
