Water is hard to OPEN without spilling!!!

Why are the bottles soooooo hard to open???... It's almost impossible to open without having to squeeze the bottle which causes the water to pour out.. Every single bottle is hard... My family and friends have this same problem... The water is good... But it's insane how hard it is to twist the cap off the bottle without spilling it everywhere!!!!....

Good water - Gad Bottles

I used to really like rhis water. The bottles are too thin now, and are hard to open without squeezing water out the top. Water still tastes good, however. The bottles have gotten thinner over time and I will probably not buy again unless bottle quality improves.

Bad Taste Lately

The last several cases (40 packs) of this Ozarka water have not tasted right. I've been buying Ozarka for as long as I can remember, maybe 30 years, and never have I had bottles taste like sour dirt, or a chemical of some sort. The smell alone indicates either a bad batch or they were left out in the sun too long. Returning all of them and contacting both Sams's and Ozarka today.
