Delicious and easy solution for dinner. Cook all four fillets, eat two. Another day the remaining two are mixed with an egg, Old Bay seasoning and made into panko-covered croquettes. Pan-fried with a little EVOO and served on top of a salad. Fabulous!

I am not a huge seafood lover, but I cooked this for my husband. Once it cooked and I smelled it, I took a bite and was blown away. That was last night, and I’m thinking about picking up another pack today. Loved this dish and super easy for us busy folks to prepare, I just cooked a pack of Sam’s asparagus for the side. Perfecto.

This was a Very good entree. It required more cooking than stated on label to get it to temp. You really need to use a thermometer to not overcook these, as the stuffing does not dry out, so don't rely on sight. This is a Very Rich dish. It is flaky, tender salmon with great flavor that melds wonderfully with the richness of the seafood stuffing. I could only eat 1/2 of one but that's okay, cause...leftovers!! I shared this with a neighbor who is recovering from surgery and her hubby demanded the recipe! He was shocked and then happy when I advised him he can pick it up at Sam's Club!

First, the main thing is it remained fresh and cool throughout my shopping experience and the ride home. Second, I cooked it the day after and so it was great to have it be able to sit in the fridge for that length of time still fresh and prepared. Third, it was tasty and easy to make.

The Member's Mark Atlantic salmon with seafood stuffing was well packaged with clear cooking instructions. It was flavorful, but people who like a little spice, will probably want to spice it up a little. There was a good amount of seafood in the portions.

I have been ordering this item every few months for the last 10 years. For the 1st 7 years this product was soooooo good! The last few years I have purchased when i pick up and prepare to cook they smell sooo bad. They are going to kill someone selling bad fish. When returning its no apology just return or replace and not even a follow up. I dont think i can purchase anymore for my family safety. This is multiple locations as an fyi

We purchase it every so often. It takes me several minutes to pick out a tray that appears fresh. Sometimes they have a strange looking grey film on them that doesn't look too appealing. I wish Sam's Club would consider making the salmon pinwheels with cream cheese and spinach leaves for variety.

I won’t be purchasing it again, this was not a good batch, it’s already pricey, it was very fishy & slimy. I think the meat should be cleaned before stuffing it. I had to rinse it several times before I got it to my liking & take my stuffing out to do this process to much work.

It's tasty and easy to make, but it would be much better if the cooking instructions were on the side or top of the packaging rather than the bottom, especially since it can be cooked in the container in which it comes. In order to read the instructions, you need to turn the package over, causing the stuffing to fall out of the salmon.

I don't know what happened, but these stuffed salmon were nothing like what I bought before. They were rubbery and the filling was totally changed. They used to be delicious, but now I just ended up throwing them in the trash. They were disgusting! What an embarrassment they were when I made them for a family member. I told him how great they were, and he could hardly make it through the first two bites. I'll never buy them again. I don't know why Sam's has to keep changing things that people are satisfied with.
