[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have Myotonic Dystrophy. Along with the muscle wasting, this also causes problems with eating - I feel nauseous and can't eat a lot at one time. Ensure helps me get my nutritional needs met. Also, the Dystrophy has weakened my esophagus and it's hard to swallow my medications (pills), and I find the thickness of Ensure makes swallowing my pills much easier. So Ensure a win-win for me!

The older I become-putting on weight became very problematic, and posed health risks. In addition I get stomach upset from taking the handfuls of vitamins that were recommended to me. I tried the cheaper store brand, but they tasted horrible and had a left behind a chalky taste. Since taking Ensure I noticed a big difference in my energy level & my overall Health & well-being. I Highly Recommend Ensure to people who suffer from poor nutrition, & decreased energy. There are many flavors to choose from, one for every taste. I like the Butter Pecan too. Ensure is sometimes my desert after my meals. It would be wonderful to win and help with my finances, because it is expenses. My oncologist told me to drink it .
