[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this and it's much needed. I have diverticulious and IBS D so I can't eat much . But I drink this 4 bottles a day to get my nutrition. I also like butter pecan and chocolate. Food gives me bad stomach pains. Ensure doesn't give. Me stomach pains my Dr says I need to drink more but I can't afford it . Thank you I just wish I could get some donated to me . I can't afford enough to fill me up.

I began using this product then and continue to use it every day since to ensure I receive the nutrients my body needs.

I only eat once a day most of the time. I'll drink a bottle of insure i'am full and have the nut. It is good to have for a quick protein pick me up, when I don't have time to make a meal on the run. It holds me over until I can make a healthy meal.

I drink this as a replacement meal, and believe me when I say it's so yummy that you'll forget that it's packed with tons of nutrition! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I follow a schedule when I eat. I start eating at 8am and eat every two hours stopping at 4 (or 5pm latest). I often times take snacks with me in case I am out when I am due to eat. I went to my moms house and forgot about lunch. She knows I like to eat healthy and she offered me one of her Ensure Coffee Latte drinks. I normally stay away from sugar and dairy but I a pinch, this was the healthiest option I had, and I must say that it was very delicious and I love the amount of protein offered. This is def. something I would recommend and I am thankful for my mom introducing me to this.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like all the flavors of the original.My favorite is the strawberry.I absolutely love the refreshing taste it gives me .I have the original Strawberry Ensure about 3 to 4 times a week. It gives me energy and makes me feel better.Especially because I dont always eat the healthiest food everyday.I have turned it on to many of my girlfriend's. We have one before we go on a walk a couple times a week.They come to my house before the walk.Now that I think of it they need to stock up my supply once in awhile! ☺ Thank you for such a great product.
