I have multiple health issues, which impact my immune system, my energy & stamina, but Ensure helps me by improving my vitamin/mineral intake & it gives me a bit of a lift by helping to build up muscle strength & boosting my energy level every day, naturally without any of the stuff they put in those unnatural energy drinks. I just love Ensure & wouldn't start a day without it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Unexpected non-ambulatory stay in a rehab facility recently. Diabetic - fifteen hours between dinner and breakfast, resulting in severe nausea. (given anti-nausea pills) Losing a pound a day. No family to intervene. Got friends to smuggle Ensure. Finally escaped "against medical advice", lost 25 pounds. Butter Pecan, Coffee Latte and now Banana Nut - thankfully, a choice other than Vanilla, Strawberry or Chocolate. Ensure always in my refrigerator now, have at least one every day.

I use at least one 8 oz every day and I usually make a daily smoothie. Just add a small amount of fruit and they come out great, n matter flavor You use.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Due to throat restrictions and other complications from stage 4 throat cancer and treatment, I am not able to swallow anything thicker than the Original Ensure Shakes. Even blended foods are not passing my damaged epiglottis reliably. My only viable (and probably inevitable) alternative is going back to a feeding tube. I am able to hold off that day for now. I have used all the flavors, but definitely drink Coffee Latte the majority of the time.

For him it’s to keep a healthy weight and for me it’s because I skip meals at times. But no matter your reason it is delicious. I hear great feedback about the chocolate but for me vanilla is like having ice cream in a healthy way. I love it. And now he swears by it.

He often forgets to eat or doesn't want to eat and mealtimes had become a constant struggle that frustrated both him and me. However, he is always willing to drink an Ensure. I have also warmed it slightly and told him that it was "coffee" and he takes it with a smile. Lately he has had difficulty swallowing and aspirates when he does. The physician instructed us to thicken his drinks but he does not like the texture or taste of the thickener. Fortunately Ensure is that perfect thickness (just a bit more than water) that allows him to swallow safely. Ensure provides the nutrients and vitamins that he needs to keep his body healthy and as active as possible. Truly, Ensure is a lifesaver!

An ensure is what give me a balance meal. Check my bag, you will always find ensure even if there is nothing else. I have recommended this product to my family and friends. I told them you can't go wrong. Never go on a journey without packing even one ensure. The vanilla is my entire family favorite. I often try other flavors but the vanilla flavor is exceptional.
