This is a great vitamin supplement taken in the mornings helps to take my medications. After the operation and home therapy I spent over 4 year going to the gym 3 days a week then reduced this to doing my hobby of woodworking- making furniture.

When that happens I reach for my Ensure. But even when I am feeling good I drink my Ensure to keep my body healthy and getting the nutrients that I need. My husband got me some Ensure Coffee Latte & I put it in my feeding tube for the nutrition I needed during that time. I still have an Ensure daily for the nutrition. Coffee Latte is my favorite flavor since I am a coffee drinker. Ensure is still my best friend during my recovery & just because it has great nutritional values & great taste!!

He has tried other brands but always asks for Ensure. I have looked at your new variety but they do not offer the flavor he likes.

I sometimes make a smoothie in the mornings with frozen fruit, almonds, kale, blueberries, etc. Sometimes I freeze it and scoop it out, it taste like a fudge pop. Then sometimes when I get that shaky "I gotta have something RIGHT NOW", I'll chug it straight. Best thing about Ensure though is it does not have that nasty aftertaste like every other nutritional drink I've tried. If I can't get my hands on an Ensure, I'll go without. I've even gotten my finicky dad to drink Ensure, however, his fav is Butter Pecan. They're a little pricy but well worth it. Keep up the good work!
