Over the course of a year I regained almost half my weight loss. I now weigh more than when I went into the hospital. I especially like the Strawberry flavor. It has a sweetness and taste I really enjoy.

I was underweight and got sick all the time. I got very sick one time that I had to get antibiotic infusions from the hospital for 10 days. After that, my spouse recommended Ensure for me. I have been drinking Ensure every morning before work. It’s fast, easy and makes me feel full. It’s easy on my morning stomach. I get upset stomach easily when I eat bread in the morning. Highly recommend to people who has a busy life, but also wants to eat healthy.

I'm now 94 years old without any major health issues. While I don't believe Ensure can get full credit for my continuing health, I do believe it has a lot to do with it.

It is good to have for a quick protein pick me up, when I don't have time to make a meal on the run. It holds me over until I can make a healthy meal.

I've been drinking Ensure Original for at least 6 or 7 years. I love it. It hard on my budget, that's why I get the original-for the price. It is a bit cheaper, I love the chocolate flavor as well. I don't take any other vitamins. It's a great supplement.

The Ensure was a life saver for me. It was the only thing that tasted good and was soothing for my sore mouth. As I recovered, I continued to drink the Ensure. Gradually I was able to introduce food into my diet, but I continue to drink the Ensure for extra nutrition and calories.
