It helps me maintain the weight that I need to stay active and the vitamins and protein to stay healthy. The chemo tolerates the Ensure with no problems and I wouldn't be without it. I am so happy that I did. I am a coffee junkie and to find this Coffee Latte in the Ensure family, I was elated. I love it. Nice and cold, crack open a bottle and let it flow. My favorite so far.

I often times take snacks with me in case I am out when I am due to eat. I went to my moms house and forgot about lunch. She knows I like to eat healthy and she offered me one of her Ensure Coffee Latte drinks. I normally stay away from sugar and dairy but I a pinch, this was the healthiest option I had, and I must say that it was very delicious and I love the amount of protein offered. This is def. something I would recommend and I am thankful for my mom introducing me to this.

It is my breakfast when I'm running late and there is no time to fix a full breakfast. It is also my first choice for a snack or even before bed if my stomach is growling. It is also my best weapon to battle waistband expansion since it allows me to skip an occasional meal while providing all needed nourishment. The original vanilla is still my favorite flavor and I expect to continue using Ensure for my next 75 years.

This is a great vitamin supplement taken in the mornings helps to take my medications. After the operation and home therapy I spent over 4 year going to the gym 3 days a week then reduced this to doing my hobby of woodworking- making furniture.
