Great product, for those who have hard time gaining weight. I drink at less 3times a day with each meal . They Even use in hospitals and nursing home for patients to help eat to pick weight if under weight. It cost depend on where you stay. I would recommend this to everyone. Wish I had a year supply of it.

I do not eat healthy all the time, so I can alway count on Ensure to help me when I need to lift my energy level. Her bloodwork is outstanding and she still lives alone. Obviously, her genes and other factors play into her longevity; but, she enjoys her Ensure shakes and feels and acts well.
