I was surprised how differently I felt a few days after starting Ensure. I had more energy and it also helped me reduce eating unnecessary food since it was naturally filling. i drink alot of these because of the nutrition part of it, but about 4 months ago, i started itching and everytime i drink one i keep on itching. i love ensure and make alot of smoothies,because that is how i get my nutrition in. but i need to know do i need to try another kind of ensure, or lay off for awhile and see it that is my problem. i hate giving up my ensure

Love the taste of this product, and the fact that it has less sugar than some other brands. Dark Chocolate is my favorite, but Vanilla and Milk Chocolate are really yummy too.
