He enjoys all the flavors, particularly the Original Vanilla, and also likes the High Protein and Plus options. Ensure provides all the vitamins and minerals that he requires on a daily basis. In addition, since he is a diabetic, it is a healthy choice, only having four grams of sugar per serving. Whenever I grocery shop, he always reminds me to "stock up" on the Ensure!

I find the Original strawberry the best. It does taste like vitamins. Only negative is the cost is a factor with me as I am on a fixed income.

As I get older, I know the importance of getting enough protein and quite often my schedule doesn't permit a complete meal. For this reason, I keep Butter Pecan Ensure handy both at work and home. I wish the higher protein Ensure were also available in the Butter Pecan flavor and larger multi-packs at local stores.
