That was 5 years ago and she is going strong! She drinks 3 Vanilla Ensures daily and she swears that is what keeps her healthy. We don’t know what we would do without ENSURE. When I feel the shakes coming on, I grab a can of Ensure....either vanilla or strawberry. I prefer the strawberry because of the good taste. It helps me make it to the next meal, and it makes me feel good.

I absolutely love Ensure, the taste and health benefits. I am 23 years old, and I drink it daily. I am very active (Firefighter) and I have a very fast metabolism. I've struggled to gain weight for years due to not always having an appetite, and/or because I burn more calories then I put in. I've been drinking Ensure for about ~4-5 months now, and I can definitely tell a huge difference in being able to gain weight.

The bottle caps and packaging are easy for her to open herself, which was a problem with another brand of nutritional supplement. As a registered nurse, I love that it provides needed protein, vitamins and minerals.
