Every morning, she starts her day off with Ensure as she loves the chocolaty taste and often says it is a milk chocolate shake!! She feels full and it takes her through the morning until lunch! In addition, Ensure has good nutritional value which is important at any age!!

I still drink it at breakfast every day and usually mix it half and half with whole milk. At 82 pounds she need all the nutrition she can get. She still eats tiny meals, and snacks, but ensure makes me feel better knowing shes getting essentials her body needs. She loves it with ice cream as a milkshake too!!! Even her adult day care facility uses Ensure!!!!

My mom got this for my grandma because she was lacking vitamins and was very weak My grandma however has no interest in liquid food so it's been sitting at the back of our fridge I decided to try it and I love it! I often don't eat breakfast until very late because eating too early makes me nauseous Drinking one of these in the morning is easy and I don't have to worry about having a balanced breakfast, it's all there This drink leaves me full and satisfied, it tastes pretty good too even if it is a little chalky in texture I will be buying this more often!

I lost 23 lbs and had absolutely no energy. I began home physical therapy and the only way i could get through the day was to drink Ensure.
