When I left they had recommended Ensure for me. Ever since then I have been drinking Ensure. I love the taste and its good for me. I enjoy the rich, dark chocolate flavor. It provides so much great nutrition and also is easily digestible. During a colitis flare, I use Ensure for several days, three times a day and it helps return me to normal. Other days, I have it for dinner and it keeps my weight in check.
