I actually crave my Ensure that I have each evening. It gives me much needed vitamins and minerals, additional calories, and it is a great habit that I've gotten into. It makes it easy to improve my diet without even thinking about it.

I have trouble eating in the moring and this drink fills me till lunch.Im happy with all the nutrients in it.,also enjoy the flavor. Sometimes at night I will have one after dinner this has helped me maintain my weight. If I don’t drink it I loose a few lbs. I have also tried other flavors butter pecan and strawberry as well and are tasty.

It tastes like a vanilla milkshake, so it goes down easy. It gives me energy and strength to go through my day. It also helps me to keep weight on. The Ensure was a life saver for me. It was the only thing that tasted good and was soothing for my sore mouth. As I recovered, I continued to drink the Ensure. Gradually I was able to introduce food into my diet, but I continue to drink the Ensure for extra nutrition and calories.
