I had trouble taking care of my animals. I did not want to go to work or even clean my house. Two weeks after using ensure, I felt less fatigued. I have more energy. My house is clean. I have more energy during the day to make it through work. I will be a permanent user of ensure. The strawberry flavor is my favorite.

I've been taking ensure since I was a kid, not for weight gain at that time just for the delicious milkshake taste. Today I use ensure for some weight gain along with my three meals a day really keeps me active and feeling healthy!

He is now 83 years old and his appetite is not what it use to be. The one thing that he has consistently enjoyed is the Ensure drinks. I feel confident that he is getting much needed minerals , vitamins, and protein by drinking them. On a side note, I drink one before meeting my running group on weekday evenings. I don't want to eat anything heavy before. Ensure is a great tie over until I eat dinner after the run.

I have found that substituting one nutritional Ensure as a lunch replacement on occasion offsets my hunger pangs, re-energizes my thought and activity levels. Its simply the best alternative for a meal replacement!

I bought a case of Ensure Max with 30 grams of protein. Unfortunately, I had so much trouble opening each carton, that I could not enjoy the beverage. I actually had to use a wrench to open each carton, and that ended up destroying the top and causing leaks. It's a joke that Ensure is marketed to the elderly because very few will even be able to open it. I will never buy Ensure Max protein again until I can be sure the manufacturer will fix those tops.

I hardly ever eat breakfast, but now I drink it when I get to work and I am good to go . It may not be the "super elixer" but its close!

I do not eat healthy all the time, so I can alway count on Ensure to help me when I need to lift my energy level. I enjoy the other flavors such as strawberry, pecan, and vanilla too, buy Chocolate is definitely my favorite.
