Additionally, aside from be very tasteful, Ensure is very portable and can sustain me between meals. I love ENSURE.

They absolutely love it and as a mom, I know they are having a nutritious and balanced breakfast. My stepmom mentioned ensure and from that point on, 3 months before my heart surgery, my main nourishment was strawberry ensure. It helped me believe that I was getting enough nutrition to hang in long enough to find out what was wrong with me. However, I was pleasantly surprised at the taste and , in fact, now I love it. It's awesome that something that tastes so good, is also so good for you. I drink Ensure plain and also make smoothies with it ; sometimes I mix two flavors (dark chocolate with vanilla or strawberry, for variety). I'm not a fan of swallowing pills, and love drinking my vitamins and protein in Ensure!

The flavor is also very good ,I have tried the milk chocolate and the dark chocolate and found them both very flavorful.
