The milk chocolate original tastes the best! Very satisfying and fills you up for a complete meal. I would defiantly recommend Ensure to anyone who needs a liquid meal replacement. Comes with all the protein and vitamins you need.

I'm very disappointed I used to love this but recently the batch I bought one of them tasted like armpits and it was sickening another bottle I had tasted was sour and it wasn't expired.
