Believe me this helped me. My husband also added fruit and ice cream and put it in the blended. I started to feel better after a few days as I started getting stronger. I have never been a breakfast eater but as ik got older and my health failing I knew I had to do something healthier than eating nothing at all. That is where Ensure comes in. I have one at least 5 times a week, I try to have breakfast twice a week. I cannot tell you how much better I feel. It makes me have that satisfying feeling after each bottle. I have tried all the available flavors and butter pecan is my favorite. What a concept! Thanks for making me feeling better about not having a cooked breakfast each day. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I once was unable to eat for 12 days. 12 days! I survived on vanilla Ensure. Vanilla Ensure is so delicious (especially if you put it in the freezer for a few minutes) I've continued to drink it every morning for breakfast.
