We loved this bench so much we ordered a second one.

My husband purchased this bench. It is well-made and easy to put together with instructions. Very good product would purchase again.

Impressed with the materials used for this glider. Will not rot like our previous wooden glider! Assembly instructions were not in package and must be secured via Lifetime website. Packaging for glider needs to be improved as I had to repair bent screws. The pivot bars have tack welds that will break if not attached gently. Expect this glider to survive exposed to the elements.

I already commented on my old review but I want to make sure folks are aware of Lifetime's great customer service. After emailing customer service about my broken slats they sent me all new slats for my glider and I am so over the top appreciative of the great service. Thank you Lifetime.

we actually purchased this in July, 2020. by May, 2021, we noticed several slats were sticking up on the sides. the bolts had rusted & broken off--lots of them, leaving the tips of the bolts trapped in the bench--no possible way to replace the bolts. we tried MULTIPLE times & ways to resolve the issue--lots of closed doors & stopped up ears. It wasn't till the end of July that Lifetime finally agreed to completely replace the bench--very grudgingly. we would have been happy to've just gotten an in store credit...maybe then the end product would've been better for us. but alas, deaf ears.

Good Assembly fit and instructions. Looks great! Definitely need 2 people for assembly. Only concern is fasteners - can easily strip screws if tighten too much. Glider makes some noise when moving - hope it stops with use. Will see how it holds up over time - thinking it will be fine.

I bought my glider about 2 years ago. It has sit outside on my back patio ever since. It is still in great shape especially since it has been outside though the hot summers as well as the cold winters here in Utah. Even after all of that it still works like the day I bought it. I would say it isn't the most comfortable bench I have ever sat on but at the same time it is most definitely not the worst I have sat on either. I like to smooth gliding motion it has. Again even after all this time it is still just as smooth as it ever has been. Overall I think its a great product.

Poor material durability: The all weather powder coated finish is rusting off after only 1 California rainy winter. In addition, the screws that fasten the plastic planks to the frame continually rust and have to be replaced. See photos. Flawed bearing design: The glider sits on sets of bearing sleeves which are poorly designed and keep failing. The inner sleeve strips out and I have had to rig up a solution using several sets of washer and some concave bicycle brake shoe washers. See photo. Flawed construction: The screws that attach the plastic planks to the frame are inadequate. Too short, misaligned to the pre-drilled holes and rust prone. The back and forth movement of the glider causes the boards to continually pop out and I have had to re-screw, re-drill or glue the boards back down. See photo.
