It was creamy in my dish I fixed and a nice and separated in the bag and not clumped together. It's a nice blend!

This is the first time I bought this flavor of cheese. Will definitely be buying again, love that it's 5# bag, good pricing

Melts great, nice for many recipes like tacos, casserole, soups, sandwiches taste is great but like most shredded cheeses.

Great tasting, easy to melt, layer and bake with. We use it for breakfast burritos, Taco Tuesdays, Salad Saturdays and Macaroni and Cheese

Since you can freeze cheese, I divided this into smaller portions to keep it fresh. It’s great for all my cheese recipes

We divide into quart & gallon zip locks. It freezes well just thaw in refrigerator first.

I wish it was shredded just a little more finely.
