My family loves when I make a crab or shrimp louis style salad using "Crab Classic". Great price for the amount of meat you receive. If I have to purchase this at a regular grocery store the cost us usually as much for almost half the amount.

This stuff is awful tasting and hard to unpackage for a small amount out of the bag. There is no comparison to the trays they use to carry in the fish area.

This a new imitation crab vendor compared to a couple of months ago. I bought two packages...and this is the worst imitation crab I have ever purchased. I’m considering either trashing the second pkg or taking it back...

Just bought this to add fish to our diet. Don't like the idea of "imitation" anything; however, this is real fish-pollock and crab, etc. We ate it simply- cold with grape tomatoes, sliced cucumbers, and fresh mozzarella. Good thing I bought 2!

This Crab Imitation tastes great, but hurry up and eat it, once you open the bag, it goes bad fast, I'm talking about maybe 3-4 days. Lately I've been opening it, and freezing half of it until I'm ready to have some more.

I usually like imitation crab. This tasted very bland though, not like crab, and not much like the fish it's made from. I think the ingredients even said there was some amount of crab in it, which is weird, because I didn't taste it. Maybe it's better in leg shape than flake shape?

My wife makes Crad salad, real good.Was in Pensacola so I decided to check to see if the Pensacola store still stocked the sausage that I used to buy at our local Sam's club. Our local Sam's club has been out of the sausage or has stopped stocking it. Sure enough they had the sausage in their Pensacola store so because Florida does not charge sales tax on food I added several other items to the sausage that I bought while there. The money that I saved on taxes paided for the gas to get there being 35 mile further than my local Sam's store that has cut back on items that I used to buy there..

This is a surprisingly great product, especially for the amazing price. I have tried similar products from other (not Sam's Club) stores and have been mostly disappointed in the taste, flavor and texture. This is well above the rest. I use this in green salads and also plain (warmed) and dip in melted butter for myself. This is also a perfect dog treat for my elderly dogs. It has clearly extended their longevity and was approved by my veterinarian. Excellent stuff!

My wife puts it in her quiche. It's no where near as good as whatever BJ's puts in their seafood salad. Their imitation crab is excellent. And Sam's still won't go back to the old recipe for their croissants. They used to be light, fluffy and mouth watering. Now they're near burnt, dry and hard.

I absolutely love this brand of “crab” and probably eat it at least 3-4 times a week. I am on a somewhat restricted diet and find that this not only tastes great but is also a healthy option for me. I heat it up and then put salt and spray butter on it and it’s great for a snack or meal!
