Crab for lunch is an easy and healthy lunch that you can prepare in just minutes with just a few things you already have on hand. Just add chopped celery, dill weed, a bit of mayo, salt and pepper and you are ready to eat.

I absolutely love this brand of “crab” and probably eat it at least 3-4 times a week. I am on a somewhat restricted diet and find that this not only tastes great but is also a healthy option for me. I heat it up and then put salt and spray butter on it and it’s great for a snack or meal!

Excellent value - the lowest price for the largest size - I checked with local grocery stores and even Wal-mart. Can be frozen. I use half and freeze the other half to use another time. Tastes great. I make a seafood salad and put it on toast for dinner.

My wife puts it in her quiche. It's no where near as good as whatever BJ's puts in their seafood salad. Their imitation crab is excellent. And Sam's still won't go back to the old recipe for their croissants. They used to be light, fluffy and mouth watering. Now they're near burnt, dry and hard.

This imitation crab is great when you want a hot snack or an easy lunch. Seafood nachos made quickly. Just spread Tostitos scoops on a cookie sheet sprayed with Pam cooking spray, top with the crab and some shredded monterey jack cheese. Place in a preheated oven at 375 degrees for 6 minutes. In a bigger hurry, you can use the microwave for smaller portions in less than 2 minutes. The squeeze tube of Daisy sour cream adds a nice presentation touch with a small star.

This flake-style surimi product is derived from Alaska Pollock - a somewhat abundant Pacific marine fish belonging to the cod family. This imitation crab flake is vacuum-sealed in a 2-lb package that keeps well in your refrigerator until ready to use. I found it to be a great value and used the entire package to make a terrific crab pasta salad for a summer cookout. This product, much like the fish it is sourced from has a mild flavor and a firm texture. Anybody who has actually eaten REAL crab would never believe that this is crab meat. But those who have and who have also tried other imitation crab products will likely recognize this as a higher quality product than similar surimi seafood products.

My family LOVES this "fake crab meat !!" We have it quite often. It's not only delicious but it's a really fast and simple dish to prepare: melt some butter in the skillet, add a little salt and just a little "dash" of garlic powder and it's practically ready to plate. And my SON loves it so much that I often WAKE and find that overnight he has already placed it in the 'fridge so it will be ready for THAT night's supper.

My wife makes Crad salad, real good.Was in Pensacola so I decided to check to see if the Pensacola store still stocked the sausage that I used to buy at our local Sam's club. Our local Sam's club has been out of the sausage or has stopped stocking it. Sure enough they had the sausage in their Pensacola store so because Florida does not charge sales tax on food I added several other items to the sausage that I bought while there. The money that I saved on taxes paided for the gas to get there being 35 mile further than my local Sam's store that has cut back on items that I used to buy there..

This product is probably the most versatile food we use. Salads, Pasta, Stuffing for broiled or baked fish, seafood chowder, scrambled eggs, toasted grilled cheese sandwiches. Tastes the same and GREAT every time we use it. Inexpensive compared to sizes sold in most grocery stores. We love it.

I usually like imitation crab. This tasted very bland though, not like crab, and not much like the fish it's made from. I think the ingredients even said there was some amount of crab in it, which is weird, because I didn't taste it. Maybe it's better in leg shape than flake shape?
