Good tasting imitation crab meat. Tastes even better if you add old bay seasoning & lightly toss in a bowl. Full of protein and not to high in calories. Makes a great main course to a meal or a wonderful stand alone snack, dip in some melted butter for a special treat. Highly recommend you try it.

This is a great addition to meal planning. A good source of protein w/o the cholesterol of actual crab meat. Can be used a variety of ways, hot or cold: tossed in a salad and served as an entree; warmed over rice; dipped in cocktail sauce; warmed w/garlic butter sauce (scampi style); and my favorite, in a bowl w/CPK Thai sauce; sushi rolls… Etc. and the price is amazing for the large package! PS. Also a perfect finger food snack to eat just as is.

We actually purchase this product for our duck. Its a real treat for her. My dogs and husband like it too when the duck lets them have some. Always fresh as it is vacuum sealed. We go through it within a week or two of opening it and have never had it spoil. Consistently the same quality. Excellent with cocktail sauce.

Yeah yeah yeah, it's fake crab; once you get past that, it makes a great seafood salad. I often will get the spinach and artichoke dip and even the jalapeno and artichoke dip and mix in a half package of this. All the mixing will shred and chunk it up very nicely in the dip; I've had many many compliments and requests for my recipe and when I tell them just go to Sam's and get this Crab Classic and a tub of the Spinach / Artichoke or Jalapeno / Artichoke dip and mix em together, the freak out... so easy!!

Better price for more product than the smaller bags at other stores

I found this less flavorsome than the crab sticks. Not worth the lower price.
