I don't think it is exactly like crab, but it is very tasty. I love it as a snack or made into "crab" salad.

It's okay for a protein but not much crab taste when used to make crab salad. However, I do like it okay as part of an asian crab dip.

I add it to salads. Delicious!

Really enjoyed the crab classic. It went well with the cocktail sauce we purchased at Sam's Club
