Absolutely positively horrible. Not as advertised. Holy pepper. Ended up getting internal bleeding from accidentally consuming one of over a dozen bones I found in one of the pieces. All four pieces I cooked before tossing it had several bones. Thanks to Sams, I now hate Salmon.
