Maybe I have been spoiled with really fresh fish but this was inedible. Literally cooked it for my family and we had to throw it out it was so bad. Not even sure it was salmon. Flesh of the fish was white. Really fishy tasting and way too salty. Ordered takeout instead.

This is absolutely awful. First off the color of the meat is white and brown not pink. There is very little fat and is very dry. I was perplexed and looked into this type of fish. it is a type of salmon and its commonly called Chum or Dogfood fish. Its is in fact used in dog food. it is very strong hence the stong marinade. it tastes nothing like the other types of salmon. Very disappointed that Sams would carry this. Time for some mouthwash and a trip to the trash can.

I bought this salmon on my last visit to Sam’s; I’m usually satisfied with my salmon purchase - however I could not find the brand I always get and got this instead. This salmon had a light pink color when cooked it was very dry texture (in spite of me cooking per package direction) just not very good. It had skin on it with scales - that was not really a problem I just placed it skin side done. I will not buy this again. Very dissatisfied.

What a COMPLETE waste of money. Once again, the picture on the box fooled me! This salmon is totally inedible. After trying one piece I had to throw the rest away. FYI: Since when is salmon WHITE??? If the store wasn't so far away, I would return for a refund.

Very good for lunches! Idk what everyone's talking about with it being full of bones, it says on the box bones still may be present. I've eaten multiple boxes and have yet to find bones. But also…salmon has bones. I just slap it on some foil out the package while it's frozen and air fry it on 400 for 30-45 minutes. Then I pair it with rice and some sliced cucumbers and carrots with the sauce over it. Why people buy marinated salmon and then complain it's marinated and RINSE it off is diabolical. Tl;dr is good buy it

I like the fact that it is Wild Caught %26 not Farm Raised. Also, like that the skin is left on as that is the healthiest part. What I dislike is the seasoning is WAY TOO SALTY. I wss able to scrape off much if it but still too salty, wish it was Teriyaki instead.

Over seasoned, I was excited to try this but when u did I was disappointed. I couldn’t even finished it. It was so much seasoning on it. Now the rest is just sitting in my fridge waiting to be thrown out. This was truly I waste of my money. I was so sad when I tried it and knowing I’m not going to cook or eat the rest of the pack.

This salmon is so good!

Like many, I bought this because their excellent blackened salmon was no longer available. This is a very poor substitute - darker colored fish flesh, smaller pieces boosted by lots of skin, no flavor except for the spices, which were somewhat similar to the blackened salmon. Will never buy this again. Just like their honey - used to be good and then switched to poorer quality substitute.

I bought this Salmon today 2/13/23 The box showed beautiful center cut pieces with a price of $22.98 So I expected beautiful fish and when I got home and open the box....What you get is a box of the FLAT END TAIL PEICES. First time Members Mark has disappointed me..
