I love these! I guess I've been lucky, I've never gotten bones. I love the marinade. I let mine thaw, it doesn't take long, then put it in the oven at about 400-425. About 10 minutes is good. I check with a thermometer. well actually I don't anymore because I can tell when it's done. it's so good I even eat the skin! I wish I could figure out the marinade so I could make the regular salmons like that. I've also cooked them in the skillet but it's better in the oven. it cooks more evenly and doesn't get dry

Surprisingly delicious. I sauteed on the stovetop for 3 minutes both sides to get that nice crisp top and threw them in the oven at 400 degrees for 20 minutes with fresh lemon slices and the juice leftover drizzled on top. There were nicely sliced 6 pieces. I will definitely be buying these again and will highlight them at my next dinner party and I'll add some razzle dazzle with some of the leftover sauce with some heavy cream and parm cheese. Was not disappointed at all. I was almost discouraged from the negative reviews, but these were a hit and so convenient for a weeknight dinner with a yummy vegetable and rice or mashed potatoes.

My husband and I used to love this salmon, however in our most recent box, his filet had several fish bones and he got one lodged in his throat. After digging through his filet we found a few more. We had to make a trip to the ER to have the bone removed. Luckily nothing serious came of it, but please think twice before purchasing.
