You have made my grandson very happy. Delivery was initially for the 27th of July, but received it on the 12th. Package was in excellent shape, so I was very pleased and my grandson too.

My children LOVE the new and updated Xbox - they are concerned that prior controllers won't work on this new platform (according to them) - The process of downloading the games was the most "frustrating" (per them) part of it.

Graphics are awesome, I purchased for Christmas for my 14 year old and I haven’t really seen him since lol. I watch him play sometimes and it’s like you are right there.

Xbox console is great but the controller looks n feel cheap..my old Xbox one controller is much better....I could be better for a next generation game console

Did local pickup and received it the day they said, which was about a week from when I bought it. The new Xbox is fast and responsive. Definitely a upgrade from my XBOX one S.

First, I would just like to say that the graphics are amazing me and my kid have been playing for days now and it hasn't failed us once the only concern is the price tag but you will love it

The series X is amazing I’m so happy to own one. The only down side to it is that the 1TB SSD is less than a terabyte because of the system taking up 200GB but it’s fine if you have a hard drive to store games.
