[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Every time I tried to check out with the item at $349, I was informed that it was no longer in stock and ended up having to buy one from a third party seller for $50 more in order to actually purchase the product.

WAY FASTER THAN THE PREVIOUS XBOX! Loads every single game up faster extremely fast. Even if you just turned the console on for the first time in weeks I starts you in 5 seconds and will open a giant game up in less than 10 seconds. Quick resume is a great feature switching from game to game. Have had way less issues and bugs with this new Xbox compared toy the previous model. Only negative is they still only give you 1TB of storage and it’s pretty heavy and bulky. Previous mode Xbox was slimmer like a thick laptop won’t be traveling with this one as much. Overall top tier experience addresses so many issues of the old Xbox highly recommend.

Nice console but it's really only good to play old games on at higher frames per second, with faster load times. Graphically there is very little difference between it and the One X. Which I've had for a long time and it's a great console. Only a handful of games are even new, and current gen only on it. Maybe about 20 or less, and most aren't very good. That doesn't warrant a ($500) purchase imo. It does run quiet and cool, but it's just not a substantial upgrade from the One X imo. Also I have a PS5 because of it's exclusives (which Xbox doesn't have) and the future doesn't look very promising either. That's all I need, so I took this back. Just no need for it until there are at least 40 to 50 GOOD new games to play on it. Also I don't like the new controller at all, and the PS5 controller is different, but not the best either. I think this is the worst console generation thus far. But that's just me. Still it's good if all you want is a slight upgrade.

I definitely had my concerns purchasing this very OVERPRICED hard to find item. I was concerned with it being sold through a 3rd party (Nationwide Distributors). It came yesterday and I was very pleased to see it was in new condition and packaged well. Other than it being extremely overpriced, the only complaint I have is that it doesn't include the "All Access Package" deal that you get through other companies charging this price. My son is happy that we finally were able to get it since it was technically his promised last years Christmas gift.

Our Xbox One couldn’t be updated, even with the USB method, so my son couldn’t play for several months. I got this Xbox Series X for him for Christmas. It was easy to swap from the old one. Yes, you can lay it on it’s side, no problem. You can buy skates for it on Amazon for better air flow. I didn’t get skates for it because there’s plenty of air flow and we have no issues with overheating or anything. My son is super happy to play with his friends again. Made a great Christmas gift!

This console is a huge upgrade from my old Xbox one. It runs very smoothly and fast but one thing that bothers me is when I have to reconnect my controller. If I change my batteries I'm forced to restart my Xbox just to get the controller to reconnect. Other than that, the Xbox runs as expected.

A strong start to next-gen. The console is powerful, has a sleek design and is surprisingly quiet. New game selection is currently limited, but there are a lot of promising exclusives on the horizon. Plus, Game Pass more than makes up for it and it's one of the best deals around. Don't stress too much if you can't get one right away. Wait a bit for both more stock and more games to come out. By the end of the year, it'll definitely be worth the investment.

While my Xbox arrived VERY fast and in very good condition I am very disappointed because it didn’t come with the 24 months of ultimate, and for 700 dollars you’d think they’d make it known of the requirements needed to get the 24 months of Ultimate. I’m upset and I will be returning and getting the smaller version.

Fantastic device. Loads fast as heck and the quick resume feature is a godsend as someone who can’t settle on just one game. My PS5 is great, but gamepass and quick resume make this my go to console for third party titles - just a shame Microsoft’s first party titles are questionable at best these days.

I knew what to expect when purchasing this Xbox, but its still sooo impressive how fast this console is. Unfortunately, scalpers have made it hard for EVERYONE to get their hands on one. I also own a $1000 PC and this Xbox has better specs than my PC. and the fact that real soon many games will be optimizing the high refresh rate capabilities makes this beast of a console almost a no brainer for anyone who has thought about building a PC for the potential capabilities but didnt want to spend the $1000 just to experience enhanced gameplay and also doesnt want to worry about updating the RIGHT graphic cards, motherboard, and CPU drivers and graphics cards regularly.. then trying to figure out why a game isn't running how its supposed to run. It can be pretty fun to do and to learn for any enthusiast, but CAN be overwhelming/annoying if all you wanna do is play games. Its pretty much plug and play with the Xbox. I cant recommend this enough. I hope youll soon be able to buy this console soon. Good Luck!
