I loved my Xbox One so in turn I love the Series X. Likes: 1.) Games load really fast. 2.) Games look and sound great. New 4k games look great and older games have been smoothed out. No more jaggies or artifacting. 3.) Xbox Series X and Game Pass is awesome. I can own must have titles on disk and download play lots of other titles that I normally wouldn't buy on game pass and sometimes be pleasantly surprised. Dislikes: 1.) No media center support anymore. They took away the ability to watch Live TV thru a TV tuner or cable box input. My Xbox One was the center of my media hub for games, movies and TV but they took all that away with Series X. Games and streaming media only now. 2.) The form factor of the box is fine but it's now too big to fit in my media cabinet shelves. Would have been nice to take out the Xbox one (First Gen) and put the Series X in the same spot. Had to reorganize my whole media cabinet to make it fit.

Mine would freeze and shut off randomly during use. The last time it shut down it said it needed a hard reset, which I did, and then it would ask for another hard reset over and over. So I took returned my unusable console. There tons of other people having the same problem. I would recommend waiting at least a few months before purchasing so that microsoft can fix their broken console.

Had the Series S (which is a great console btw) but there just wasn’t enough space for me. Got a Series X and all I can’t say is it’s worth every penny. The 4K looks amazing, the space is amazing, and the load times are non existent. I highly recommend this console.

I bought the X Series and really like the looks. So far I have had no issues with game play. Is it worth the $500??? Not really. The graphics are better but I just do not SEE the reason for a whole new system. I will say I do like the shape of the console as it save space for me.

Looks modern and is reasonably compact, compared to the PS5. The processing and computing power absolutely destroys the XBox One X, I mean flat demolishes it. Wife got a Series X for Christmas, we were playing games together online with me on the relic Xbox One and her on the Series X and the movement was just so smooth and clear with the Series X, not to mention her load times were no joke about 5 seconds compared to 30 seconds with the One X. Had to get one for me after seeing how much better it was at absolutely everything. My son got a PS5 for Christmas, he now wants to trade it for a Series X... too bad kid lol

Lucked out and got one online the wednesday before Thanksgiving, Bought it as a christmas gift. Loaded everything and got it ready for use, I tested it out and it is hands down light years ahead of every previous generation X-box we have. Lightening fast and wicked graphics! I know the kids are going to be very happy with it!

No problems yet I’ve enjoyed my time with this monstrosity of a machine and played dozens of my Xbox one games that were limited in terms of quality and graphics due to the 2013 machines limited capabilities. My only downside is the UI not changing or improving but having that memory and the same UI does help

It was very well packed in the box from Microsoft even better than the PS5 compared with the more expensive hard foam surrounding the console. The box isn't as big as it looked online and does have some good heft in the weight that make it seem just quality. The load up scren is done in less than 10 seconds now its crazy easy to setup as well with the Xbox app! Some have gotten bad consoles but every new piece of electronics device including cell phones and TVs have issues in their first release and this is just par for the course sadly. But don't Microsoft for something that happens in normal times let alone during a pandemic. Also MS customer sppt is among the best in getting your issues resolved. Highly recommend once you can get one that you will be very happy you did.

it was my first time ordering an item online from you. i had to ask another customer where i had to park to get my item. pharmacy and pickup makes me think it's for pharmacy only, not online order pickup. more specifity wont hurt. besides that im happy with purchase

The setup is quick and easy. All of your games you purchased from the Xbox one era are available to download and play on your new console right after the setup. I was surprised to see all my games I bought from the Xbox one show up immediately after I set up my condo.
