As a person that firmly believes that you can enjoy both consoles, like an adult, I have to say the reason I went with the Xbox series x first is because of the smart delivery. The last time I jumped to the new generation of consoles I remember being upset because there wasnt a lot of games to play at the start and honestly Im loving this console I was pleasantly surprised by how big but also at the same time how small it is. Its hard to explain but its both the biggest console except for maybe the original Xbox but also takes up so little space! The graphical improvements are immediately noticeable on some of my favorite games assassins creed/call of duty. But where this console shines is processing power. I like borderlands 3 but the load times can really hurt the experience with the series x I load up the game and not long after Im in the game and searching for loot! Biggest draw back is expandable storage my existing hard drive cannot be plugged in or the console wont start I bought a third party expandable hard drive that I am currently waiting on to test. The first party expansion slots cost way too much and Im really hoping this works. Overall Im loving this console and will also be buying a ps5 so take that how you will

I upgraded to the series x from the original Xbox one, and the difference is night and day. Ive been patiently waiting over 8 months to get this console, and I can honestly say that it was worth it, and Im glad I didnt give my money to a scalper. I recommend the HotStock app, I got mine within a week of downloading it :)

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Son wanted an Xbox for Christmas and the price was just too high to make it happen. Walmart had a flash sale with $150 off online and we pulled the trigger. Thanks for making it a great Christmas for the family.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This item has been out of stock for a while now. I had ordered this item on Amazon and was given a delivery date. The morning of the delivery date, the item still hadn't shipped let alone out for delivery. I checked online and found the item in stock at one of our Walmarts. I cancelled my Amazon order and did curbside picked up the same day.

Unfortunately these systems simply aren’t designed to last. Within three weeks of owning this system, it began having issues on startup. It requires me to unplug and reset the system and this needs to be done regularly. This is a common issue reported in Xbox systems and is not one I wish to deal with for such a new and expensive device.

First and foremost just want to say THANK YOU to WALMART for being so awesome with their delivery service. Got my system early and in great condition! It sure is a beauty and FAST. Can't wait for all the next gen releases. Most looking forward to Fable, Halo, and Gears!

It's a great powerful gaming console. There isn't much exclusive games for it now but when there is then it will definitely be worth it. If you want 4k 120fps all of the time, then you should get this over th series s. Also, it has a disc drive, which the series s does not. Just remember that is may not fit in your entertainment center as it is a chunky console. Would recommend!

Finally nabbed one somehow. Its early in the consoles life and there arent any killer next gen games yet. Sony has a couple that are worth a look already, but arent much further ahead. I favored Xbox last gen and it may end up that way this time, but Ill need my hands on the ps5 first. Xbox hasnt reinvented the game console this time around by any means. What youre getting is a much more powerful gaming machine, slightly improved controller and much improved system storage. Everything loads very fast, especially last gen games. If you liked Xbox last gen, then youll want the series X. If you didnt like last gen xbox, then series x isnt going to make you a believer... at least yet. Its early! Excited to see what is to come this generation.

First time I've ordered online with Walmart.ca - the process was easy and quick. The shopping arrived in a timely manner and the Xbox was in perfect condition. The Xbox itself is super fast. Fastest console I've ever owned. Games that used to load on minutes now load in seconds and paired with Xbox games pass this is an awesome product.

I surprisingly won on a release date and the xbox was shipped days earlier than expected which was a plus. The process of course of trying to add to cart was a fail on many previous attempts but just refreshing and a quick check out seemed to work. Xbox itself was a gift and my boyfriend loves it. He has it hooked up to his 4K TV and the quality of games are great. The updates to previous games do take up ALOT of space so i assume a drive of some kind will be needed at some point. But i'm no pro.
