[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We were searching for an Xbox for our son for Christmas. Walmart offered the best price and made our Christmas shopping affordable and easy all with the Walmart app and curbside pickup. Would recommend a hundred times over!

I placed my order on 11/23 then recieced a delivery date for 12/1. But my issue was on both the app and website my order was still at "Placed". after 3 days of no change I called customer service. They explained that the app sometimes has a delay and that their computer states my order is being prepared and it'll arrive 12/1 @ 4pm. Fast forward to 12/1 the order didn't arrive and updated to "Delayed". So I called service again in which they said the warehouse explained to them there was a glitch in the system that's being fixed at the moment. They then told me itll be here most definitely on saturday 12/3 @ 8pm. Come friday the order updates again to shipped and I finally recieved a tracking number for a delivery date of 12/8. I wasn't upset just happy it finally shipped. But I guess being patient paid off because Saturday came and the delivery date changed to Monday 12/5. Then surprisingly it arrived Sunday 12/4 a day earlier at 9am! I think all this happened because I ordered 2 days before black friday. But the system came in great condition and it runs great. Been trying to get one for 2 years at retail price and we all know why that was impossible until now. I'm loving my xbox and gamepass!

The ordering process and delivery were very good. No complaints at all. The Xbox One Series X was, however, a disappointment. It has no HDMI input ports and Microsoft removed the OneGuide app used for over-the-air TV viewing. Makes the new device less useful. Now I have to keep my old Xbox to watch OTA TV. Not a better experience!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have rated the product this way by giving it two five stars and a four star review. Overall the product is a Microsoft product I have long since been with, starting in the year two-thousand and seven. The price alongside the four star review is a staple price but based on longevity and demand, rather age. This merits a four star review which could still be seen as a positive by corporate or users alike.

I joined Walmart for this and was able to get one on first attempt. So far it's been pretty good but I'm disappointed that the menu system and the controller are mostly unchanged from last gen. Games are good but was expecting more. At least they can update the UI in the future.

The beast is great! Big and the heat coming out the vent is real. I upgraded from One S and now I can go from Home Screen to orbit in under a minute. Whoohoo. I already had $$$$ tv to utilize the upgrades and speed after seeing the price for storage expansion needed if I got the series s it was a no brainer to get this.

Fast shipping. Got what I wanted. Shipping box and items are in perfect condition. I upgraded from Xbox One X to Series X and do not have buyers remorse. Do not bother buying a Series X if you do not have a 4k display. Be aware the PS5 and Series S/X do not have an optical out for digital audio.

Most likely it will not be an issue and it doesn’t look as bad in the picture. But to be safe, I thought I’d add a review and at the same time document it online. FedEx just delivered this 20 minutes ago and when I opened it up, I did find Minor damage to the corner of the packaging right out of the shipping box. I’d add the Corners of the box are fairly solid, so it’s not easy to say how hard it had to be hit right at that edge to bend them in. But If the inside is packed secure the console should be perfectly fine. There wasn’t any visible damage to the exterior of the box it shipped in when it was delivered, so it wasn’t FedEx throwing it around the truck. It was also packed very snug by Walmart with three sides sitting right to the shipping box and the “air bags” to fill the fourth side, so there was very little room for it to move about or the damage to happen during shipping. That makes me believe it happened prior to being shipped to me. Again most likely it is only cosmetic to the box and not a sign of it having been violently dropped at the warehouse that would cause more serious damage to the console, but I guess to be safe, I might just have to give it test run before I wrap it for Christmas.

The Xbox X series is amazing! I bought two, one for my husband and one for myself so we can play online together. The graphics are awesome, the loading time is awesome, by far the best console I've ever owned! However, I did overpay for each console because the Walmart website is a platform for other sellers (similar to how Amazon works). This was surprising to me because I was just so excited to see an opportunity to purchase an Xbox X that I went for it. I did have a good experience with the seller though and I'm happy with my purchases, I just wish it was at regular price.

First off, Thank you Walmart for your prompt and professional service. Secondly, wow. Gotta say, I’ve been playing on an original Xbox One and it was definitely worth the upgrade. Most of my friends have moved on to the PC life, which many would agree to do. But there is just some sort of nostalgia from a console. I can’t leave the memories of my PlayStation, PlayStation 2, Xbox 360, etc... Combined with crazy frame rates and super fast download speeds this Xbox was for sure another 4-5 year investment for fun just as Microsoft has done for me before. Thank you! Perhaps when they are available again I will indulge in the PS5 as well, I love where games are bringing us today!
