My grandson suffered frustration fir over a year with an X Series bought secondhand shutting down with some of his games. We went in and replaced the thermal paste and cleaned to no avail. This brand new unit WORKS! I'm elated that he can finally play without interruption!! IT'S PERFECT!!

It took us three days to get into contact with Microsoft. I had to reset my password to login to my account just to get it to work on Xbox when it worked everywhere else the only benefit has been the download speed and space that’s about it. Kind of a worthless upgrade

Not a big console person, it was absolutely fantastic tbh. The only reason it’s low on the value portion is due to the cost of a console that probably already out of date and no ability to upgrade easily. Most games are cross platform now and you can bluetooth a controller to your pc.

The system is designed so much better and it stands up so it doesn’t take up space as much! The graphics are great and I really can tell the difference between this one and the Xbox one s. The old one just went black screen on us so we had to replace it and we are very happy with the new one. Wish they would’ve been more affordable but, I guess that’s just today’s price so we paid it and we enjoy the games we play on it. Definitely recommend getting it if you can!

I finally decided to upgrade and go to an Xbox Series X. This was the best bargain I could find. it even had a disc drive, which I needed. Terrific price, great performance and graphics. Works wonderfully with my TV. I use it to watch movies, stream football %26 basketball, and of course, play Xbox games. Simple %26 straightforward to set up as well. Highly recommended.

a couple hours into playing PUBG... I could smell something getting hot I just didn't know what it was until the unit shut down... when I tried to restart it I got a warning about overheating... and for over $600 this is ridiculous... I've been an Xbox person ever since the first console came out... but in the last few years I have really become fed up with Xbox/Microsoft.

Great little system but for the price tag a rechargable battery for the controler would be reasonable only other problem I have had is on some online games with higher demand have an occasional delay in the graphics but not enought to say its a problem with the system everything else so far has met or exceded expectations

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Satisfied with the availability of a relatively hard to find product during the Holiday Season. Product was as expected. I understand that the price is not within Walmart's control and this is an item that does not regularly go on sale. (chip availability and prices are driving cost), but it's rough buying a product for $********* that I was able to buy a year ago for $*********.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I always think these gaming systems are too expensive but this was had a little price decrease if purchased online, which is why I bought it. I don't use it but my child that does says it's “awesome”

Broke within the first two days. But new
