Bought it brand new and didn’t work. Error code E200. Went through all trouble shooting and still didn’t work. Returned it and went to Best Buy. Don’t buy from this company.

My purchase was for my grandson he absolutely loved , he knew how to set it up he is 13 years old. So, far we haven't had any issues. Delivery was on time as promised.

Most of these 1 star reviews are blaming the product or Microsoft for bad customer experiences with Wal Mart. Makes no sense. Good console. Does what all the Microsoft ads claim. No issues with quality or packaging.

I have loved this Series X. It performs very well on a 4K OLED. You definitely need a 4K TV to appreciate it. It’s also nice being able to stream games to your tablet or phone.

This is a great game system. my husband was thrilled when I surprised him with it. I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 bc I misread the discrimination.i guess, I thought it came with a free year of online games but it only came with 1 month free.
