Came earlier than expected most of these reviews look fake 😂 but to be honest the box came a little roughed up not so much to where it looks damaged just here and there some rough spots. Xbox and controller are in great condition everything was included in the box as if it was never opened same tape they use for the actual Xbox seals. Most of the reviews looks bad but some are good and for a good reason Becuase it was worth the price and its one of the best consoles right now. Don’t get mad at the shipper becuase of porch pirates 😂 maybe be there when the package arrives or ask for a certain time or for it to be left in the back off the house instead

Day One owner here and let me tell you, the Series X is worth every penny and then some! With the sheer graphical power and mind blowing speed of the SSD I absolutely can't wait for the upcoming exclusives, in particular The Medium and Bright Memory Infinite! Fantastic backwards compatibility, ultra comfortable controllers, a backlog of titles to play all the way back to the first gen xbox, and the clarity...its so crisp and clear!! Honestly $500 is a steal for what you get, absolutely hyped for all the great Series X titles we have coming this gen! Microsoft has hit another home run with this one!!

I bought the xbox series x online. When it got here i hooked it up and it turned on then 5 seconds later it turned off. I tried for a half an hour to get it to say on. Finally i got it to work and setup everything. Then start downloading the first game then it shutoff again. Did that for awhile till i got fed up and called customer service to send me a replacement.

The beast is great! Big and the heat coming out the vent is real. I upgraded from One S and now I can go from Home Screen to orbit in under a minute. Whoohoo. I already had $$$$ tv to utilize the upgrades and speed after seeing the price for storage expansion needed if I got the series s it was a no brainer to get this.

Love this. So fast. Great controller. Games are cross compatible so you can play old games faster and smoother. If your trying to connect to computer monitor know there is only hdmi 2.1 coming out of the new x box. Some monitors only give you display ports that will reach 120 FPS that the x box series x puts out. Computer monitor has hdmi but it only handles 60 FPS. Some new TVs have 2.1 like the new lg nano. Check specs before u buy tv.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It’s a good Xbox that runs smooth and nice. Works really well for my boyfriend and he loves that you can download games or get them in disks! It’s also pretty cool looking. The price was lower because it was on sale so that was nice! The original price wasn’t bad, definitely cheaper there than at other places!

3 day shipping turned into the order being delayed and having no updates for 2 days. Most definitely the delivery services fault but sucked waiting for an expensive package that felt like it would never come. The box the package came looked like it was throw around and kicked. Not to mention that the tape holding the middle of the box together wasn’t stuck to the box so at any point someone could have easily just opened it. The actual Xbox itself box seems okay but is a little squished in some corners. I haven’t opened it yet and i probably won’t because i’m scared that it’s damaged or will stop working. For such an expensive item not a lot was done as far as protecting and securing it. I get shampoo bottles delivered that they take more precautions securing. Kinda ridiculous. Would love a refund but i don’t known if i wanna deal with this company and the bull crap they’ll probably say.

its honestly pretty much the same as the xbox one x..... same ui, same chat, ect. it is much faster, but that's like the only real significant change minus the small tweaks. so it's it with $530 dollars? right now, no. maybe in a year when games are taking advantage of the hardware. if you have money and want the newest and best, then buy it! otherwise, maybe wait 6 mths-yr.

I love the Xbox Series X, although right now it may not be much of a jump from Xbox One to Series X. IT IS VERY WORTH IT, this thing will outpower every old generation console when enhanced and next-generation games come out for it. I would definitely reccomend it,

Defective junk. We spent two days with tech support proving the wireless function was defective. Now shipping to tech non-support. Microsoft is overwhelmed with support that they are paying users to assist with tech support. Why ship a product that isn't ready and fully tested.
