It’s been a great product so far. The quick resume is actually really nice. The Series X is really quiet and it looks much nicer than the Ps5 in my opinion. So far the only thing I don’t like is the power cord. When you plug it in, it feels flimsy and cheap. But the Series X and even the standard controller fee really good.

No issues so far, much improved load times over the Xbox 1 X, quick and easy setup except it did take a while to download all the game updates to optimize the games. Lot of 1 star reviews on here from ps5 fanboys and people that are upset that they couldn’t get a pre-order in. Full disclosure, I didn’t buy from Walmart(was able to pre-order from Best Buy), I will eventually get a ps5 as well, but I prefer xbox(like the feel of the controller more).

Is is a good console but it takes so long for Walmart to restock it. Walmart if you are reading this make it so we could see when an item is restocking. It would help out a lot with holidays. If you could already do this then please reply on how I do it

It worked compared to the mess that these drops are. Must go the extra mile to avoid bots. It leaves people frustrated. The paywall also upsets but it is a necessary Evelio In these times. WM has enough resources to work with IT and keep bots out. In short, can be better but it is going to make a lot of kids, parents and gamers happy

I was lucky enough to get this on launch day and have been very impressed with its graphic display/ease of transitioning from my XB1X. I use a 4K monitor and it is visually stunning. 120HZ cant be obtained without 2.1 HDMI connection (very rare atm) so this will unlock even more once readily available in 4K displays. This thing generates heat, so definitely keep it in well ventilated space, I open doors in cabinet to ensure cooling. Happy gaming!

I bought this for my boyfriend. I have no idea how I ended up getting my hands on one but all in all, he loves it. He's always mentioning the graphics and how the reaction time is quicker. I was so pleased with this purchase and am so happy that I got one!

It took awhile, but stay down and you'll get one. I waited months and it's worth it I guess. As a gamer I see the differences between the xbox one s, the series S, and the series X immediately. I'm not here to tell you the PC better or the Playstation or Nintendo cause I like it all. I just wish people would stop trying to upsell these consoles. I very much would like other to enjoy these consoles and games. The Series X has not faltered on me at all. It is quite big though lol.

The product itself is fine. The issue we had was with the shipping company, Lasership. If you are looking to purchase an XBox Series X and it is being shipped by lasership, either plan to spend the next several weeks chasing your item down or cancel the shipment immediately!! Lasership has extremely poor reviews through the BBB but this company was automatically selected to deliver to us. First, we were given an expected arrival date of the 14th. With this company’s reputation, my husband planned to take that day off from work so he could be home for the delivery. We were concerned that “signature required” would be ignored and the item just left at our door and stolen OR they would attempt to deliver it and it would become “lost” back at the warehouse. The second being more likely based off the complaints. We then get an alert the delivery was changed and would be arriving tomorrow (2 weeks early…YAY!) We rushed to figure out how to be home for this change. All day, nothing. No delivery. Status of our item showed it was at the warehouse 10 minutes from our house. Next status update was posted at 10pm on the expected arrival date and said shipment is delayed. Since that specific warehouse has no listed phone number, we called the main warehouse the next morning. That person informed us that she confirmed with the driver that the item will be delivered within the hour as we are the first stop. We were unable to pick it up ourselves as it was already loaded on the truck and on the road. 3 hours, still waiting for our delivery. Hour 4, we call the main warehouse again. What is going on?? She said the driver will stop what he is doing and bring it now. 10 minutes later, driver arrives with our delivery, aggressively tosses it at my husband, says nothing, and drives away. He didn’t even get a signature from my husband! The box was quite damaged as well. Luckily, the Xbox itself was not damaged. It’s no wonder this company has so many complaints on them.

Picked mines up today at my local Walmart. Really impressed. Im running some optimized games and i see significant difference. Even on games that are not optimized and gameplay feels more fluid than ever. Thanks Walmart and Microsoft. This is truly worth the bucks!!!!

Same as the Xbox One X but worse. The games keep freezing and the console randomly shuts off frequently. If I position the console upright, it makes a very weird noise from the fan. Do not waste your money on this first round of consoles...let Microsoft fix the bugs first.
