Ever find oneself with free time and bored? Well there is a simple solution: videogames. Videogames are a great way to past one’s time but what console to get. Microsoft first gaming console was the Xbox in the year 2001 which paved a new road for the gaming world. Xbox series X was made by Microsoft in the year 2021.Xbox Series X is the best console on the market because of the amazing customer service they provide, the hardware is in great quality, and they offer exclusive games. Microsoft customer service for Xbox is done through many ways: over the phone, virtual agent chat box, or with a web chat. Most people prefer customer service over the phone and the services that they provide does not fail. The hold time are not long and if it does take long the consumer can set up a “call back”. If phone calls are not one’s preferred form of communication, a virtual agent can be another choice. The virtual agent provides help by a chat box. Clients can text what their issues are. The Xbox representative has no problem solving the problems even in this form of communication. Web chat is the best option with 24/7 help, with almost no wait time, and chat with a real person. If Microsoft is hacked, they will send out emails to anyone that could have been affect by the data leak. They would walk costumers through step-by-step instructions to resecure accounts. It provides multiple options of communications based on a person’s preferences and convenience. The Xbox series X hardware from the outside to even the inside of the console were thought of to increase the gaming experience. “The Xbox Parallel Cooling Architecture is built with three air flow channels that evenly distribute the temperatures generated by the advanced internal components, keeping the console cool and quiet” (Microsoft). With this design that allow for more air flow means more hours of gameplay without worrying about the system overheating and loud fan noises. The processor is more advance than the older systems allowing for better frame rates. With the updated graphic card making the games run smoother and true 4k output. The exclusive games that are for Xbox have huge fan followings. “You can't really say you've owned an Xbox unless you've played at least one Halo game” (Loveridge). The Halo series is one of Microsoft biggest exclusive games. The game series got so big that a movie and a show was made about the game. Gears of War series is also a game with a huge fan following which “revolutionized the third-person shooter” (Gurwin). When the first Gear of War game came out there was not too many third person shooter game at the time. “Xbox Game Pass is a Netflix-like, all-you-can-eat video game subscription service from Microsoft” (Corden). One can play any of the game in its libraries which offers a lot of Xbox exclusive by just paying for a monthly subscription. The endless gameplay at a cheap cost makes it perfect for families. Series X is definitely worth the extra money over the series S for the upgraded features (4K, processing power, and storage space are noticeably better features on the X). I also have a PS5 in my household and at this point it’s personal preference. The XBOX UI is more user friendly and desktop like. Graphics are similar. Buy what you like.

It took awhile, but stay down and you'll get one. I waited months and it's worth it I guess. As a gamer I see the differences between the xbox one s, the series S, and the series X immediately. I'm not here to tell you the PC better or the Playstation or Nintendo cause I like it all. I just wish people would stop trying to upsell these consoles. I very much would like other to enjoy these consoles and games. The Series X has not faltered on me at all. It is quite big though lol.

No issues so far, much improved load times over the Xbox 1 X, quick and easy setup except it did take a while to download all the game updates to optimize the games. Lot of 1 star reviews on here from ps5 fanboys and people that are upset that they couldn’t get a pre-order in. Full disclosure, I didn’t buy from Walmart(was able to pre-order from Best Buy), I will eventually get a ps5 as well, but I prefer xbox(like the feel of the controller more).

Truly a next level machine. I went from the One X to this and I was stunned at how much of a leap it is in speed, visuals and overall compatibility. Having the FPS boost to older games like the Fallout series and the original Assassin’s Creeds is very refreshing and really showcases how incredibly fast and powerful this machine is. I was skeptical at first because there may not be a huge library at the moment, but it is absolutely worth the buy if you want insanely fast load times and incredible features like quick resume, Auto HDR and the FPS boost of course. Do not hesitate if you can get this at retail price, it is absolutely worth it!

Man those ps5 fanboys are so butthurt they have a weaker machine..... How pathetic posting negative reviews on a machine they can't afford........ while those same suckers are stuck to one loyalty console, I'll have game choice from both...... eff off fanboys.

5 on the shelf just restocked, I was not even thinking I would see it and poof to my surprise. Cashier said they just restocked them and I was the first to buy tonight. As soon as I grabbed one a lady saw it in my cart and got herself and husband one. So I suggest to just go and take a look on a random Saturday evening around 5pm at your local store.

Only 4* because I'm not a pc gamer and I don't like computers I don't use them an this looks like a pc tower :-\. I love how fast it loads and looks great can't wait to purchase my 1st Xbox series x game though because currently I'm playing Xbox one games because why pay more for the same thing when I have both and I can play the games in the family room with kids on Xbox one or in the bedroom more mature games with my wife on the xsx. I do like the Xbox series x design so much more it actually looks like a video games console but doesn't actually play anything besides games you digitally licensed and I'm not wanting money licensing digital games have game pass to stream games but I don't download them on my Xbox 360, Xbox one or Xbox series x they take too much space. Hopefully when they put out a half-life redesign it's not ugly as feck PC tower looks so out of place with my other 19 consoles why I lay the ps5 horizontal vertical it looks like a stupid router :-\ . Don't know what Microsoft was thinking with the design

I'm fine with the system, the only reason I am writing this review is to point out the gratuitous number of scalpers that use your sight simply to purchase the brand new console, then turn around and sell them for another 300 added to the almost 600 dollar price tag. Please fix your marketing team and sales teams issues before these consoles end up harder to get than a bar of gold.

I had a xbox series x in my cart online went to checkout and pay then message pops up on screen saying it take me to long to checkout and they took it back out of my cart i wasnt even on checkout page for more then a minute very disappointed always thought once it was in your cart you were getting it and what if I wanted to buy more stuff
