I have had the series x for a week now. I had just tuned on the console and began playing, about 5 minutes in the console shut off and would not power back on. After talking with Microsoft, this is a known issue. Paying $537 to be a beta tester has left a bad taste in my mouth. I've owned every other Xbox and they have always gotten better at every step. Series x is no different the graphics and speed are great, the look of the console is meh. I feel they just rushed to market and their quality control is lacking. Good luck on your purchase I hope you don't have to wait 2 weeks to get yours back from Microsoft repair center like me.

I enjoy every moment with this Xbox, the quality is great with games and videos. The load time is very quick with everything. I definitely would recommend this console to anyone weather it’s casual or competitive this Xbox will get the job done. You can play games in 4k or watch videos in 4k, and you can game in 4k at 120hz (120 fps aka frames per second). Everything about this console is fantastic and the performance is everything. If you got the money and want something to play as if it’s a high end pc I highly recommend this console.

But it's just very expensive but worth it 100% l have been on a xbox 360 for many many years so I saved up enough to get one and now im able to play with my family and friends on my days off. got it for my boyfriend for Christmas. ended up giving it to him ealry, though. he absolutely loves it. its fast and the picture is great. just a warning though if you want more space you will have to buy a whole different hard drive which is another $200 to $400 depending on if its on sale or not. the xbox one hard drive doesnt work for the newer consoles

So glad I was able to get my hands on one of these during the 12/15 online restock. The load times are outstanding and I love the backwards compatibility. Very consumer-friendly choice on Microsoft's end that allows you to still play all of your favorite xbox games from consoles past. I'm thrilled with the series X.

This console is very fast ! Let’s start there first ! I love this product and I don’t know why people are giving it anything below four stars . The start up time and game graphics are exactly what I have been waiting for . I ordered this for Black Friday and it came 2 days before the actual delivery date !

love the 60 Fps in froza horizon 4 and the game pass stuff. It's worth it. I am a pc, ps4 pro, Xbox one series x and One S owner. I love this platform, the community is more talkative to playstation imo, bf4 has more servers nad ppl on xbox. This Speicifc box works with Xbox one games, Xbox 360s games and Xbox Original 2003 games. What more could i want? HDR, A dedicated sound chip for when I get my THX amplifier. I love it, it boots with a press of a button NO LOAD TIME! If you do not have a 60 fps tv with 4k and hdr than it would not be worth upgrading to this, but I love this thing and have all of that.

I bought this Xbox with a confirmed order (only for it to be canceled a day later) however Walmart was nice enough to give me my console under my name , I tried it as soon as I got home and I can easily say it works really good (it has randomly shut off twice ) but ever since then it works really well and has nice graphics would recommend 8.5/10 to someone

Was able to get one on November 19th (restock). You have to be patient. Use a computer or laptop a lot of people are using the app making it crash or slow ur loading time . Have your information already in the cart and payment info that way you just put the Xbox in your cart and just buy it. Don’t waste time putting ur information have it prefilled.
