We have 2 PS5 at home and decided to purchase 2 Xbox series X for the exclusive games. First day of purchase, after the nightmare of the initial account setup, we tried to run Halo Infinite, in both machines. The reason we bought the xbox series X. It hard crashes every time after loading (shuts the machines off, both machines). It seems that it's a common problem. We called Microsoft and they want us to pay shipping to send them back for 'repair'. The completely new machines! Also, the MS Edge was crashing and we had some other interface crashes too. It seems that the X series (atleast) is problematic. Also the MS store has way less discounts than the Sony story. I'm giving it back and just use the PS5.

Love the speediness, Picture quality, and over all the artistical appearance and practical performance of the beautiful xbox series x has exceeded my expectations. Very blessed to have received this at $500 unfortunately a couple years too late thats why this deserves a 3 star because it was shorted for a very long time,

I've already had issues everything older is better honestly if you have an Xbox One X don't upgrade I've had software issues not wanting to delete stuff it's just junky maybe with a few software updates it'll be fine I don't know honestly get yourself a gaming laptop or something

I love the console. It is by far the quietest system I have owned since the nintendo 64, the graphics are great and quick resume is my new favorite feature. However, when I recieved my console from walmart the box had a huge dent in the corner and the console had a long scratch across the whole left side of the unit.

God like power, makes everything look, sound, and play better. Thousands of games at launch thanks to backwards compatibility. New controller redesign is a nice compliment to the system. The system itself is sexy and smaller than I thought it would be and very small compared to the giant PS5. Only wish the fan lit up when the system was on...but Im sure someone will find a simple mod for that. Great addition to the Xbox family of systems.

These seem to be coming in stock more and more recently, which is a great thing. When I saw I could get one at retail price from Walmart and not at a markup from a scalper, I jumped at the chance. I like this console better than the Series S because it plays discs. I know there are other hardware advantages to it, but that's the main one for me. I have a decent amount of XBOX One discs, including a number of games you can't buy digitally because they're not available anymore. I also have some compatible XBOX 360 and original XBOX discs. So, this is a great way to still play those discs. I also love having a UHD Blu-Ray player built in. And the IR Xbox media remote I had for my XBOX One works great on it. So, I have to say for $500 this was a great purchase and a great upgrade from my XBOX One S.

Like ur website actually sucks. When I try to add to cart it takes me oopppps deer with dig in antlers and doesn't let me add its stupid like if ur going to do that then don't say anything I waited all day to buy and when it Release I could even buy it

XBOX Series X is an amazing console. Set up is a little annoying as it is tied to a Microsoft account and gives you options to maintain fantastic security or loosen it up for easier access (your preference). Game Pass access is super easy if you like that option. Controllers are surprisingly good. Excellent features and feel great to the grip. A little surprised that even if you buy a game on the disc; some updates are required for optimal performance and those updates use up quite a bit of space against the 1 TB SSD drive. By the way you don’t get 1TB you really get about 800GB. Games are awesome, sound is great! Picture has some glitches in setting up 4K to work with a 4K TV. I had to watch some you tube videos to get this working with my TV and XBOX. Performance and speed are amazing on this device.

Returned last week and purchased a PlayStation 5. Can’t believe I used to stick up for the Xbox systems over PlayStation. If you haven’t gotten a chance to pick up your next generation system, spend the extra 100$ and make the right choice. I’ll never look back to Microsoft’s Xbox systems again.
