Product is great; however, I don’t know why I am being charged an additional $16.99/month on top of my annual fee.

Controller runs on AA disposable batteries. Needed to get aftermarket rechargable battery pack with charger.

Great upgrade from xbox one x. The only issue i had was not all my past accessories work with the new console including my Astro headset with mixer.

Puchased one on ebay and it came defective. The one I bought on Walmart didn't gave any headache. Just fine.

I like that it got shipped two days before estimated date, and they kept me informed of the shipment

I loved that Walmart gave me a unbelievable price and made my long wanting item price reachable for me thanks Walmart!!!

When I do have time to play my console, it’s everything I can ask for. Graphics are great quality and the apps you can add on there are awesome.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It has been great and I can’t wait to play on it

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's a new electronic. Hard to mess up a high ticket item.
