Hi Irma -- We're sorry that there's an issue when playing Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War. Activision Support lists this as a known issue that they are working to resolve. In the meantime, one possible workaround is to play the game at 1080p resolution instead of 4K if you are playing at that resolution. You may also try disabling ray tracing in the game.
